Dr. Alexis is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. He really knows his stuff-- especially regarding those with ethnic skin-- and if there's another doctor (derm) he thinks is better suited for the job, he's more than happy to recommend them. It just goes to show he genuinely wants the best for his patients! I was a bit concerned about it being a video appointment, but left extremely satisfied.

Kind, receptive to questions, clear, and informative. A gentle way about him that is very comforting and reassuring. He treated me for a scalp condition a prior dermatologist had underestimated. Dr. Alexis was the opposite and has helped my condition vastly improve.

This was a virtual visit - not an office visit. But, it was set up perfectly - no problems at all. Staff advised how to log in beforehand. I was very impressed with Dr. Alexis. He listened, was very clear with his responses. He gave good advice, which I will follow. And, I especially liked his honesty in letting me know about something that he felt I should handle elsewhere. He saved me time, and frustration. I can certainly recommend Dr. Alexis.
