He moved to Colombia, South America as a child and moved back to the United States after completing his Medical School at the Universidad del Norte in Barranquilla, Colombia. He is a Board Certified Internist and also an Infectious Diseases specialist. He completed his training in Internal Medicine at St Vincent’s Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana and his fellowship training at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI. Dr. Martin is member of the American medical Association, and an officer in the United States Air Force Reserve. He is passionate about primary care medicine and has special interests in viruses and vector-borne illnesses. Dr. Martin is accepting new patients ages 18 and above.

Dr. Martin has good bed side manner. He is friendly and attentive while you are at his office. However, getting any sort of results or talking to him on the phone after or any communication outside of his office is a nightmare. His staff certainly does not help in this manner. Also, be aware he does not accept many insurance plans that he is listed as accepting. His office is trying to charge me an outrageous fee for a doctor's visit claiming out of network yet at his office they assured me they accepted my insurance. I have tried several times to correct this with his office but they keep brushing off the situation or saying they will fix it later then they send me the same bill. This has been occurring for 6 months now. Please beware of his office that certain situations may arise. -Eric

Absolutely love Doc & the staff. Always kind professional, & empathetic. Doc has the emotional intelligence to be supportive & offer the appropriate advice at all times. His staff are incredible, Martha, Melinda, they are all wonderful and are always able to anticipate my needs and offer help. Love them all!
