Office is nice, staff is friendly. Difficulty in canceling appointments. Literally it seems like you’re being pressured to keep appointments that you never even scheduled. Had to send 3 back to back emails requesting a cancellation, after then being responded with 3 back to back emails from the NP with explanations of their reasoning for scheduling a follow up appointment without even communicating with me that they will. Every response was policy policy, and I had to reiterate more than once that I wanted to cancel an appointment I never approved of. Friendly staff but it appears to eager and overzealous in trying to get patients to keep coming. I don’t think a check up. Shouldn’t take 2 follow up appointments in a month just for labs. Never had that experience of having to over explain my need to cancel an appointment with any facility. I’ll go somewhere else. That after communication ruined my view of customer service here. Then the daily texts about cancellation fees is annoying.

My experience was very good in the office, the receptionist was amazing, the doctor was also amazing, it took me a while to complete my paperwork but that was because I completed the wrong paperwork, but even in that, they were extremely patient and helpful with me. And yes I would recommend all my friends and family to this facility. ????
