The people who work at the desk run the whole place! They were so helpful, kind, and helped me with all insurance issues that I ran into. I am from another state and my insurance was originally out of panel and the woman at the desk that handles all of the online stuff went out of her way without me even asking to clear up the miscommunication. She contacted my insurance providers on multiple accounts until I could be seen, and even followed me up with direct phone calls regarding the insurance relocation. I was able to make an appointment, get my eyes checked, get my contacts, and glasses prescription all because of the people at the desk!

Dr. Angela Tempesta earned her Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences from the Pennsylvania State University. She then earned her Doctorate in Optometry and graduated with honors from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University. Throughout her optometric education, Dr. Tempesta formed a special interest in the pediatric population. She completed an internship focused in advanced pediatric eye care at The Eye Institute in Philadelphia, PA.
Dr. Tempesta offers complete eye examinations to prescribe spectacle and contact lens prescriptions and also screen for common ocular conditions such as cataracts and glaucoma. Through comprehensive eye examinations, Dr. Tempesta and the doctors at Trend Eye Care can detect changes in systemic health from conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure. Dr. Tempesta also uses her knowledge of the pediatric population to diagnose common binocular and accommodative disorders in school age children.
Through continued optometric studies, Dr. Tempesta is educated on advancements in diagnosis and treatment of ocular diseases allowing her to provide the highest quality of eye care.

My first trip to her since I got new eye insurance and their office is only one that really takes it. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. Angela along with the other eye doctor were both caring and patient since had to explain my eye condition to her. She was super kind and asked questions so she could better understand what I was gping through which then she could make proper evaluation and recommendations. I needed help with redoing my contacts and she even pronted info/referrals for me with area eye specialists....will def be using this office from now on....as far as waiting time I think having second appointment of the day was key cause i barely had a wait with only one person before me
