Front desk staff was curt and frankly rude. Short and snippy with a cattiness that I did not appreciate at all. Went through with payment just to be talked to by the doctor for all of 5 minutes, just to be told to come back in 2 weeks and to “continue working until I can’t work any more.” So, just continue to work until I make my problem worse so they can get more money out of me? Doctor was also short, snippy and rude, unhelpful and inattentive. I felt like I couldn’t get a word in, and anything I did manage to say was barely taken into account. I left my appointment feeling very small and uncared for. Discouraging appointment and experience overall.
