I went in for an annual exam, and was not informed until I'd been there for an hour and 45 minutes that the doctor doesn't actually write prescriptions for contacts nor do they do fittings. Only once my pupils had been dilated and I'd spent four dollars on parking did she inform me that I'd have to go to another office to be fitted and get an Rx for contacts--which I've been wearing for more than twenty years. I had to pay a refraction fee, which was also a first. Completely inefficient and I should have been informed of that at the start. I should have stuck with Pearle Vision.

I was impressed with the amount of time Dr. Threlkeld spent with me. She was thorough and kept me informed with everything she did. Explained completely, to both my husband and me, the tests performed and the after care involved in my diagnoses. She was my husband's doctor rseveral years ago and he highly recommended her to me. As I'm highly recommending Dr. Threlkeld to all reading this statement!

From the moment of entering Dr. Anisa's office thru my exiting my visit was amazingly AWESOME. The atmosphere and appearance of the office is inviting and relaxing. She and her staff have wholesome personalities and. makes you feel so at ease and take time to discuss each action they do in the office. Even though this was my maiden voyage to Dr. Threlkeld's office I did without hesitation schedule for a return follow up appointment and without deliberation recommend her to others.

Dr. Threlkeld is just awesome, she is a great listener, cares about her patients and is not afraid of a challenge. She spends time making sure she has all the details and does a very thorough exam. Her staff is super nice and easy going and the office does not feel like a normal doctors office because you actually feel welcome and not stuck in the midst of stress and controlled chaos. I told someone the day before my appointment that I have never had a good eye appointment or an eye dr I liked. That changed with Dr. Threlkeld. She gets is, she is personable, and very smart. I highly recommend her!!!

I had no idea how serious my condition was but Dr. Threlkeld made sure I was taken care of. I just wanted glasses and to go home but ended up in the hospital instead. Any other doctor may have told me to come back in a few weeks after I'd gone blind but not her. Thanks Dr. Threlkeld.

I am SO pleased that Dr. Threlkeld has opened her own practice as North Atlanta Eye Care. She now has the freedom to devote the time necessary to each of her clients without the previous bureaucratic oversight. She is a top-line professional opthalmologist with a warm & friendly personality who has resolved all our family's eye care needs since our return to the US in 2000. Dr "T" is simply the very best!
