This was my first visit, the doctor was extremely professional and very efficient. My appointment time was 11:15 AM, I arrived by 11 AM, I was brought into the office by 11:15 AM and seen by the physician by 11:30 AM. I would say this is pretty impressive for a busy NYC specialty office.
The only recommendation I would give to the office is perhaps the front desk - it would be nice to be greeted as you walked up to check-in. No one was rude but as a first timer, that's always appreciated.
