Dr. Butani herself was excellent. But her staff did not know the difference between insurance providers. I had one and they thought it was another, which they no longer accepted. So it was a struggle trying to tell them that I had the insurance that they accepted. My advice is to make sure you have insurance before booking your appointment and call to make sure that they will accept your insurance.

Great doctor, great staff, great facility! I loved that I didn't have to wait weeks to get an appointment and the day of my visit I was seen within a few minutes of completing my paperwork. I felt that Dr. Anjali valued my time as much as I valued hers. I would recommend AnjaliMD dermatology to anyone!

My entire family sees Dr Anjali now because her and her staff are so wonderful! My mother had a CO2 laser treatment and Thermage of her eyes. My daughter is being treated for acne and acne scars and I have had laser hair removal, and 3 Fraxel laser treatments. We are all so thrilled with our results! Dr. Anjali is always so kind and I never feel rushed when I have questions or concerns. She explains treatments and procedures in a way that I can understand. My family will be patients for life!

I just had my 2nd Fraxel treatment with Dr. Anjali on Tuesday of this week & could not be happier with my decision to have the procedure done at her office. Her staff is so knowledgable on treatment options and everyone is so friendly. I purchased a 3 pack, which I loved having the option to do & I love that Dr Anjali does all of her procedures herself. I have seen so much improvement with the brown spots and wrinkles around my eyes and mouth since my first treatment and cannot wait to see how great my skin looks after completing all 3 Fraxels! Dr Butani is so great!! Very friendly, relaxed, professional, & knowledgable. She really listened to me and was able to explain her treatment plan in such a helpful way. I felt very cared for! Also, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes which has never happened at any Dr I've been to. I highly highly recommend her. :)

I have visited Dr. Anjali more than 5 times and every time she still takes time to fully explain the answers to any question I may have for her. She is very patient and doesn't make you feel that she is in a hurry or rush like other doctors although her schedule is full most of the time.
I highly recommend her office due to her in depth knowledge of Dermatology and of course her patient's needs and concerns.
She and her staff are super nice and very friendly. I'll definitely be back for future consultations.

Dr. Anjali & her entire staff are absolutely wonderful! I had my initial visit with the doctor for a medical reason and ended up going back for some cosmetic concerns at another visit. Dr. Anjali and her staff were warm and welcoming and never made me feel uncomfortable about asking so many questions about different laser treatment options, and trust me... I had a lot of them! I also never felt pressured to purchase anything. I ended up having a laser treatment done for brown spots on my face and botox and could not be happier with the results!!! The office is beautiful and it was so nice to see that they had all of the latest technology. I would recommend Dr Anjali to anyone and will definitely be going back in the future!

I sought out Dr. Butani to get a second opinion on my skincare regime and I actually really enjoyed seeing Dr. Butani and will be switching over to her from now on for several reasons.
First off Dr. Butani took her time with me, was attentive, and didn't just rush me out so she could get to her next patient. As a result she was pretty insightful about what sort treatment I needed, specifically I am pretty disorganized so intensive skin care regimes with rounds of washes, an ensemble of cremes, and agendas for timing treatment don't really work well for me. She picked up on this (probably based on what I had said and just the way I carry myself) and she accordingly recommended a lean program of treatment that I can reasonably implement while also sounding pretty effective. Also she spotted a mole on my arm that neither I nor my previous derm had noticed. In fact only my mom had managed to spot it which speaks to the level of attention that you'll be getting from Dr. Butani (Mom-level scrutiny but without the critcism!) Furthermore she laughed at a joke that I told which is a HUGE plus in my book.
Also while she was attentive, she didn't push a ton of products onto me. This is important because I feel a lot of pretty decent dermatologists sour the patient-doctor interaction when they deluge the patient with a bunch of products that they sell in-house or you get prescribed medications from a pharmaceutical company that the doctor has some sort of relationship with. Basically even the attentive dermatologists I've been to seem to have some sort of conflict of interest which makes me feel uncomfortable when they start pushing product on me and makes me question whether I'm really getting the best/most appropriate treatment. In stark contrast I NEVER felt pressured into buying anything when I saw Dr. Butani. That isn't to say you can't pick up the products you need there, before leaving I inquired about a face wash and got some great suggestions/recommendations that I ended up purchasing there. But the absence of the pressure to buy products I think is pretty critical in relieving any concerns that I have of suboptimal care.
Definitely an excellent dermatological experience! The music in the waiting room could be better though.

Really liked her...very warm and knowledgable. In fact I loved the entire experience....Beautiful new office. Extremely modern equipment (ipads, lights, camera). I've never seen anything like it or had another dermatologist treat me with such respect. Highly recommend.

I came to see Dr. Butani for Botox injections. This was the first time I had ever had this done. Dr. Butani had an impeccable bedside manner! She spent plenty of time answering my numerous questions and was very kind during the quick & relatively painless procedure. I had injections done around my eyes & there was no bruising! I'm frequently frustrated by American doctors and their lack of attention to patients. But I have to say Dr. Butani is definitely one of the best doctors I've been to here in the United States. The legal paperwork was a bit much and they require holding on to a copy of your credit card information in case they can't charge your insurance, but she was extremely personable and caring and took the time to answer every single question, both cosmetic and medical. Never felt rushed. Highly recommend.
