Today, September 15, 2025, at 9:33 AM, I was informed by a staff member that this physician's office does not accept Blue Shield. After verifying on Zocdoc that they do, in fact, accept Blue Shield, I called back. Despite having already been rescheduled, I was told I would need to reschedule again due to a clerical error by the receptionist. The receptionist offered several excuses in an attempt to evade responsibility for the error. While mistakes happen, this level of unprofessionalism is avoidable. With better attention to detail, the receptionist could have prevented this major inconvenience and potential impact on my health.

Miss Navarro was very sweet , humble and relatable. She didn’t forget that I’m human and not perfect. I was so nervous especially past trauma during doctor visits (not this location) but not with Miss Navarro she made me so comfortable and at ease. Happy with the staff and doctor! I wanted less than 30 mins. I also filled out new patient forms online and had minimal paperwork to fill out in person. I also had documents ready to email to the office prior to my appointment with more info so I think that make things more efficient.
