I have been waiting 2 weeks for results of blood tests. After taking Allapurinol for 15 years for gout, my prescription has lapsed due to Dr. Doshi's inattentiveness to my needs. I am having a gout attack after the wait and after taking my pill every other day instead of every day as prescribed to make them last. He was suggested by my sister and he cares for her, her husband, and their 3 children. My prescription for a non-smoking prescription has not been filled or requested also.
In addition, access to the website to access his office is nearly impossible to navigate even for someone who is tech-savvy.
He seems like a nice guy. However, follow up with pharmacies and communication is severely lacking.
I will be returning to my former internist who is now out of network and deal with the hassle on the monetary end than with the hassle on the care end. I would rather have my health than my money.

I filled up my forms online, but when I got there the nurse was asking the same questions, I had already responded in the forms. Why are those forms not printed and placed in your file so nurses and doctors can see them? I do not get it? Why am I require to fill them before I see the doctor if they will ask the queations anyway? That, I do not get. Do not appreciate the waiting either. However the doctor and nurses are very nice.

Very professional staff from start to finish. The staff at the front desk were helpful, friendly, and very courtesy. A lot of other doctor's office you can almost feel the discord between multiple departments. Here everything was professional and we'll run. The wait time was minimal from arriving to seeing the doctor. Dr. Doshi answered all my questions and the rest of the staff made the entire visit very pleasant.

I wish there had been a message about fasting before a physical in my appointment confirmation reminders. Dr. Doshi and the staff were nice though, and the wait time for my appointment was about what I expected.
