For the first time in years, I truly felt heard by a physician. Dr. Nieto is an exceptional listener who takes the time to understand your concerns. The entire clinic staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the process. I was asked to arrive 15 minutes early and was seen promptly at my appointment time. It is rare to find such a perfect balance of professional efficiency and genuine patient care. Highly recommended!

She is very friendly and knowledgeable, as were her staff.
Nothing was rushed and from the parking lot to the waiting area, the facilities are big new and beautiful. :)

I specifically asked with the Reception if everything was covered in the Insurance or not and she firmly confirmed that there will not be any amount to be paid by me however, a week later, I got the bill.
On Top, it is 5th day and I don't see any improvement even though I spent good amount of medicine too. Looking for another doctor.
