I am a licensed psychologist and certified marriage and family therapist with over 30 years of clinical experience. My areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, relationship issues, eating disorders, identity development and trauma. All of my training and clinical work is grounded in evidenced-based research. I primarily work with adolescents and adults (both males and females) providing individual, family and couples psychotherapy. My treatment orientation utilizes a combination of family systems, psychodynamic, and mindfulness approaches to best fit the needs of my patients.

Dr. Flanigan lets me talk through what's on my mind then stops & corrects me if what I'm saying is a cognitive distortion. She's been a great help to me this year, which has been a very trying time.
