Hi there, I'm Alexandria! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master’s in Social Work and a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Michigan. I also hold a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver and a Bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College. I provide collaborative and holistic care to individuals going through life transitions or struggling with finding meaning in their lives. I incorporate tenets from various modalities to provide you with an individualized care plan. (she/her). My approach I believe each individual is unique and deserves a unique approach to therapy. I blend mindfulness practices with tools from CBT, ACT, and motivational interviewing to help you develop a better understanding of yourself and your goals. My focus I enjoy working with individuals who are going through life changes or looking to find purpose in life. I especially enjoy working with young adults and those who may be struggling with anxiety, suicidal ideation, lack of motivation, and executive functioning challenges. My communication style I aim to create a space where you can feel heard. I view therapy as a truly collaborative experience grounded in building a trusting therapeutic relationship. You can expect to be able to show up as you are and receive compassion and empathy.
