Anne Marie Arevalo completed her Master of Science in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing at Wayne State University in 2015. Prior to her graduate studies, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Oakland University's Accelerated 12-Month Program in 2009 and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the College of Literature, Science, and the Arts at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, in 2006.
Anne Marie is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is licensed by the State of Michigan.
Before joining LIOBM, Anne Marie worked with the geriatric psychiatric population in nursing and rehabilitation homes throughout Southeastern Michigan, as well as in outpatient and partial hospitalization settings serving clients ranging from children to adults.
She enjoys caring for patients of all ages, with a special interest in depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and ADHD. In her practice, Anne Marie takes pride in providing therapeutic communication and attentive listening to her clients.
