Dr. Anne Nolte is a board-certified family physician with an area of concentration in women’s health and fertility. Dr. Nolte specializes in the care of women and teens, with a special focus on treating infertility and other women’s gynecologic and reproductive health problems using Natural Procreative Technology. Unlike many women’s health centers, which simply seek to suppress or bypass the natural fertility cycle using birth control pills or in vitro fertilization, Dr. Nolte focuses on identifying the underlying causes of a couple’s infertility or a woman’s reproductive health problems. Treatments are tailored to the individual woman, working cooperatively with her naturally-occurring fertility cycle to restore health and normal function. This approach leads to resolution of common symptoms such as severe PMS, painful periods, irregular cycles, PCOS, abnormal bleeding, and menopausal symptoms. Couples struggling with infertility and recurrent miscarriages are often able to conceive naturally, despite having previously been told that IVF is their “only hope.”
Dr. Nolte attended Thomas Jefferson University, where she received her medical degree, and completed her residency in family medicine at Lancaster General Hospital. She has trained with the world’s leading Natural Procreative Technology doctors as part of her women’s health training.

Dr. Nolte's office + staff are warm and welcoming, very cozy. It's not your run-of-the-mill huge, sterile fertility clinic environment at all! Dr. Nolte sat with me for an hour, listened to ALL my rambling (whether it was helpful to her or not), asked me a variety of questions that no other doctor has ever asked me, and explained my body / hormones / systems / process to me very patiently and comprehensively. She also has a system of typing her notes up in front of the patient, and you can see what she is typing on a bigger screen; I felt very involved in the doctor-patient relationship, and felt like she would have invited me to edit or correct what she was typing.
Her clinical approach is different and less invasive than what you will find at a larger, brand-name clinic (I've been to that, too, and didn't have the warmest, most attentive experience). Her bedside manner and personality are different too -- personalized, warm, attentive, unhurried. I went home and told my husband it was the best, most pleasurable medical interaction I've ever had, and I immediately felt so much hope AND reduction in stress.

I usually dislike doctors, but she was excellent: very respectful, thorough, and not at all condescending. She was great about explaining what tests I needed and why and answering any questions.
The paperwork was a bit of a hassle to fill out ahead of time but it was meant that I was seen right away instead of spending 20 min filling out forms.

Overall kind and thorough doctor. However do note that they abide by Christian ethic standards which was not imminently clear to me when booking via ZocDoc. The office does not administer birth control or abortions.

Dr. Nolte is truly one of the best doctors I've ever had. She is very attentive and patient when it came to answering my questions. She offered great insight into health issues I was concerned about, and has a calm demeanor that made me feel very comfortable during my visit. I would recommend her to any woman in a heartbeat!

Wow, where do I even begin. Didi made me feel at ease and took care of me from the time I arrived. All my forms were already filled out and emailed to Gianna Center which facilitated the process. Didi took my vitals and asked me some questions before I was able to see the doctor. Dr. Nolte is one of the most knowledgeable and kind doctor I have ever met. She took her time to ask me questions in order to have a clear overview of what was going on with my body. Then she explained all the hormonal changes that occurs through the body leading to all the symptoms I was having and what the best treatment plan for me was. Knowing more definitely helped relieve my anxiety. I left the office feeling confident that my health was in good hands and that I have picked the very best! The first Dr to have really put an effort in figuring out what could be the issue instead of disregarding my concerns, thanks to Dr. Nolte & staff. Overall it was a great experience. Highly highly recommended!!
