The receptionist was by herself and was rude to a point and was over worked with patients, phone call etc.....The Doctor was Very nice, explained the problem I was having and prescribed a treatment. I just wish I was able to spend more time discussing more issues...

Dr. Liu took one look at my face, immediately diagnosed cystic acne, and started on about accutane, despite my hesitations on starting. I felt that she threw a general diagnosis and prescription rather than working on a personalized treatment for my needs. She seemed dismissive towards the topicals, telling me that nothing would solve my acne but accutane.
I am really insecure about my acne but am also aware that its not so severe to require the extensive treatment of accutane. Left feeling more insecure and frustrated- I almost cried!
Would not recommend to anyone sensitive about their skin troubles, I came early to my appointment and still felt that I was wasting her time.

I had a pleasant visit with Dr. Annie Liu. She clearly answered my questions and was able to quickly diagnose my issue and provided treatment options. The nurse that was in the room had written down all the medical terminology for me and provided me with sample lotions, which I appreciated.
The only issue I had was that I spent time filling out the online patient information and uploading my insurance card photos, yet when I arrived at the office, I was asked to fill out a hard paper copy with all the same
information that I filled out online.
