I very seldom write reviews but I had to go out of my way to warn individuals of this joke of a medical practice. In order to effectively help readers digest this information, I will list out the following reasons whyyou should avoid this practice. 1) Dr. Azar's office will charge for the annual preventative check-up regardless of insurance coverage. When followed up with my insurance provider, they confirm that this is inconsistent with their agreement and the office should NOT have charged me in the first place. My visit was 10/18/2018, and as of today's review submission date (1/10/2019), I have yet to be processed the refund from Dr. Azar's office. 2) As you check in the first time, there was a form stating no questions can be asked during the annual check-up or else this would be classified as a sick visit (and billed as such). I have never seen a practice that advises patient to sit still and be quiet during the annual physical. 3) As I remained quiet the entire time during the physical, Dr. Azar referred multiple follow-up tests that were not discussed during the original visitation. 4) As it was with other reviews, the wait time in the office is ridiculously long. It seems to be a consistent pattern that they are not optimized as a medical office to handle multiple patients at once.

VERY LONG WAIT (OVER AN HOUR), RUDE RECEPTIONIST, FILTHY OFFICE AND BATHROOM, NEVER GOT TEST RESULT FEEDBACK FROM THE DOCTOR AFTER MY VISIT, HAD TO CALL THEM AFTER 10 DAY WAIT, COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY The WORST medicalexperience I have ever had in my life. I waited over an hour. I saw the receptionist literally hang up on a handful of people as I waited. An elderly woman (who clearly is a regular patient) walked right in, and past reception. Clearly making everyone else who had been waiting for over an hour angry. The doctor ran a few basic tests and then had me fill a urine sample. I had to walk back through the waiting area to the bathroom to produce the sample. I've seen roadside gas station bathrooms that were cleaner that the one in this office. Dr. Azar told referred me to a radiologist to get x-rays and an ultrasound just to double check. As I checked out to the sounds of someone with explosive diarrhea in the bathroom next to the front desk, the incredibly rude receptionist advised me where to go for the tests and told me that once they got them, Dr. Azar would contact me with his analysis. This never happened. I had to call them, 10 days later, and request that my test results be sent directly to me so that I could go to another doctor for a second opinion. I still was never given any kind of information from Dr. Azar about my test results. I still do not know what is wrong with me, but this doctor provided zero help. A complete waste of my time and money. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE.

He was actually incredible. I don't normally write reviews but this was one of the easiest experiences that I've ever had. It was affordable. He was straight to the point in completing the procedure and just a great individual. Highly recommend!

The wait time was about 1.5 hours before the doctor was able to see me. The waiting room was old and outdated, and they usually charge you an upfront fee which is then reimbursed by insurance. The doctor himself was greatand definitely calmed me down while I was getting blood drawn, which is usually a difficult and painful procedure for me because of my veins.

While I think Dr. Azar is amazing (great bedside manner, obviously cares, etc.) the wait time isn’t worth it. I wish someone had warned me, which is why I’m writing my first zocdoc review. I’ve been to this office 5 timesin the past few years. 4 of those 5 times, I’ve spent more than an hour and a half in the waiting room. I keep telling myself it’s a fluke, but obviously it’s a pattern. If you have a job to get back to on time, go elsewhere.

Today I waited more than an hour and a half to be seen. During this wait time I witnessed the front receptionist be extremely rude to those over the phone and counter. When finally moved to the patience room, the nurseseeing me was very friendly. Dr. Azar was very friendly...and then there were lines that in my view were crossed into being too friendly and unprofessional. There were pornography remarks and jokes, there was crude commentary about sexual jokes, and there was side touching that was not professional. Paired given the added commentary from Dr. Azar... I left feeling very uncomfortable.

I came to see the doctor because I am suffering chronic back pain and was hoping to get some diagnosis or referral to an expert on the field, but basically when there for nothing. The doctor saw me for like 15mins then asked me to go take x-rays and some blood tests. It has been more than a month now and I haven't got any feedback nor direction to address my problem. I tried to call them, but the staff seems to know who is calling and they just don't pick up. This was my experience, so I don't recommend this office.
