For years I had some plantar warts on my feet which would reappear and be surgically removed by other doctors (podiatrists and dermatologists) in addition to non surgical treatment, however they always returned. I eventually got frustrated w/the dermatologist I previously saw and knew I needed to try someone new so found Dr. Nguyen on Zocdoc. Over a year after my last treatment, it's time to declare victory and I'm forever grateful to Dr. Nguyen and his staff for helping me with this decade long medical issue!

Dr. Anthony Nguyen received his Bachelors of Science degree in Chemistry at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD). Dr. Nguyen received his Podiatric Medical Degree from the California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco, where he earned two prestigious awards: The Timothy Holbrook Memorial Award of Excellence and The ProLab Orthotic Award.
Dr. Nguyen completed his residency at Christiana Care Health Systems in Wilmington, DE serving as a Chief Resident. There, he earned The Medical Staff Clinical Award and The Paul Shaw Radiology Award for writing “Accessory Muscles of the Ankle” and “Mycetoma of the Foot,” respectively. While in residency, he has mastered a variety of surgical techniques and skills with specific training in traumatic injuries as well as reconstruction of both the foot and ankle. He received training at the prestigious Rubin Institute for Advanced Orthopaedic, International Center for Limb Lengthening in Baltimore, MD. He is also certified in Foot and Ankle Arthroscopy.
Dr. Nguyen loves to play sports. He is an avid tennis player and long distance runner. His interests lie in sports-related injuries.

Dr. Nguyen's assistants are better than he is, honestly. He barely spoke to me, and when he did it was to try to sell a foot spray. I had a treatment to each foot; his assistant's work had a great outcome while his was a failure.

I've had a great experience with this office. I never waited more than 5-7 minutes in the waiting room, I was always treated respectfully, and the treatment has really helped with my foot pain. I'd definitely recommend this office.

I made an appointment after my foot became a ballon following multiple tennis games. Dr. Nguyen is amazing, being able to diagnose a stress fracture within minutes, using in-house digital x-ray. I was given a great prognosis and the level of treatment from Dr. Nguyen and his staff was top shelf. Dr. Nguyen understood how important it was to me to be able to get back to the sports that I love and tailored my treatment and recovery plan to insure that I'll be able to finish my season. Highly recommend.

He was quick and thorough. I didn't even sit down in the waiting room. He was also more thorough than previous doctors and wanted to make sure an MRI was taken (past podiatrists didn't do this).

The doctor didn't take the time to really ask the right questions- things that could have caused the pain that could prevent further pain or injury. No talk of preventive injury at all, just concerned with diagnosing. Didn't really answer my questions. Just repeated medical jargon. Didn't provide any value with diagnosis either. I could have found the same information online word for word probably.

Anthony was great! He was very knowledgeable and explained what was wrong with my foot in a way i could easily understand. He found out what was wrong right away and already my foot is feeling better with the exercises his assistant told me to do. I am very happy!

I've seen 4 other providers for a chronic ankle issue and received a different diagnosis from each. None helped my condition. Dr, Nguyen nailed it and I finally feel there is hope and I have a realistic treatment plan. Recommend Highly!
