So I was really disappointed in my last visit. The Dr is very kind and knowledgeable but I will never go here for a nexplanon replacement ever again. I had no numbing at all for the procedure. The cut from the scalpel was painful and I could feel him struggling to take the implant out of my arm with the hemostat. Ended up passing out twice due to the pain. Thank god the nurses were saints. They made sure I was okay and helped me get back on my feet.
Never had anyone not use local numbing for this procedure before. Seems minor but it was extremely painful.
