Dr. Jeffrey Mazlin is an experienced OB-GYN serving the community of New York, NY, at Garden OB/GYN. He earned his Bachelor's degree from the State University of New York, Binghamton, and received his Doctor of Medicine from New York Medical College. He completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Lenox Hill Hospital, where he is also currently affiliated. Dr. Mazlin is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

As stated in other reviews this office allows you to book appointments with doctors but will hand you off to PA's and nurses only. I went out of my way to make an appt with Dr. Jeffrey Mazlin and I never saw him or spoke to him. The examination was done by a PA and the med prescribed was told to me on the phone by a woman whose medical credentials were never disclosed. I was never explained the purpose, side effects or manner which to take the meds. So I think the doctors in this practice just ghost run it. When I make an appointment to see a doctor I expect to see a doctor.

The providers I saw ended up being different than the individual I made an appointment with listed on ZocDoc, but they were very friendly, no complaints. However, as many reviews note, the wait was over an hour after my scheduled appointment time. The practice also made automated calls to my phone for a week leading up to the appointment, which was a bit annoying. Additionally, once I finally saw the practitioners, I was informed that they were unable to perform the procedure I had booked on ZocDoc. This was not their fault, but it would have been nice if they had informed me in advance, as I could have canceled the appointment and made it elsewhere, perhaps with a less onerous wait time.

The office confirmed my appointment on zocdoc. But when I arrived my name wasn't on their schedule. And I was informed that they don't actually take my insurance at this location. I never saw the provider, so can't really say anything based about him. But the office staff unprofessionalism tho....

This is the best OB/GYN office I have ever been to. It is so clean, everyone is kind, they listen and understand. Dr. Mazlin did a surgery for me and everything went smoothly, I healed perfectly. Him and Kim took great care of me.

So unprofessional it’s almost unbelievable. I booked for a specific medication/ treatment and literally confirmed with 4 different people beforehand and still was in the exam room before I was told they don’t have the medication and it would be 4x what I was quoted. Disorganized and unprofessional.

Dr. Mazlin is a really great, friendly, old school OBGYN. I've only ever had women gynos, but he immediately put me at ease. The practice he works at is somewhat strange - they were playing Law and Order SVU in the waiting room (weird tonal choice to watch stories about rape victims while you're waiting for someone to inspect your vagina) and Rick James was playing as he was examining me. Funky environment aside, Dr. Mazlin was great!

Dr Mazlin is patient, gentle, and so kind! I dont particularly enjoy going to ob-gyn for anything, but he made the entire process from start to finish really easy. He also changed my misconception about man gynecologist. I thought a female will be better but am it was him because my last experience with a female was less than pleasing. Absolutely, indubitably recommend!
