front desk staff was not happy - AT ALL - and the customers knew it. I was not the only one who felt like I was an inconvenience to her. The entire waiting room was talking about how rude she was.
After the crowd had thinned out and I was done with my appointment and ready to check out I noticed she had mellowed and was not stressing as much and then was quite pleasant. We all have bad days but we can never let the customer know it!

Dr. Serna gave me full attention, even though I came in with multiple issues. He aggresively performed necessary tests to get a quick diagnoses. He came highly recommended and I will do the same.
