They didn’t even confirm my appointment into their system and sent me to a different location & i couldnt even get their attention cause they refuse to make eye contact and made me wait over an hour and a half to even check me in

I was surprised because I had no wait time. The doctor was really nice, but I felt it was a little weird to have another person in the room. She was the same lady who took my blood pressure height and weight but she didn't have on medical attire, didn't like that she was in the room.

Although all the background info was given on my check in form on zocdoc I was asked general questions again when taken height and weight. Thought this was repetitive but perhaps the office needed a personal copy? Who knows. Also my appt was at 11:00, I was called in around 12:20. Imagine. Otherwise I was very satisfied with the consultation itself!

Got there on time but wasn't seen anywhere close to my appointment time. Staff was great and doctor was really nice but I didn't feel like I got my problem resolved. Everything I've been feeling has been dismissed and I didn't like that.

The Dr. was very nice to talk to. She addressed my concerns & didnt make me feel rushed... i would recommend to others BUT the only issue is that you will have a hard time finding parking in the neighborhood. .. you may want to get there early before appt time to het parking or pay the lot which is $8-$10...

My appt time was 10:30am but I didnt get called back until 11:25am. Kind of long when I was there for test results only. My vitals weren't even taken for whatever reason???????. I wouldnt X them out yet since it was only my 2nd visit. I do like the Dr.
