I am not happy at all with Dr. Thota's staff. I was told to be at the office @ 8:00 am for fasting blood work and the door was locked. After waiting several minutes I had to call the office informing them that I was waiting outside but could not enter due to the door being locked. The second time I was told to arrive @ 8:00 a.m. for additional blood work I was the only patient in the office and they made me wait for over 20 minutes. Then, there has been three different occasions regarding my medication that I have asked questions with no answers and a total lack of competency in sending in the correct prescriptions and/or prescription directions. I will never go back to this doctor again!

To quickly in and out. Didn't seem to interested in me as a new patient. I was wanting a new Primary when I chose her. After 3 visits, I develop a severe cough and call the office for appt. They said July 3 was the soonest I could get in. I asked it they could call me in a cough medicine, they said they would call me back after talking to doctor. That was at 11:30, after waiting all day, I didn't receive a call. Called the next morning 9:30 and was told the same thing. Still have not heard from anyone. I have now located another Primary Dr. Hopefully, they will be more
attentive and concerned about their patients; new or otherwise.
