Dr. Rastinehad gets backed up, so it's best to schedule an app't earlier in the day when possible. Dr. Rastinehad takes his time and never rushes, so I'm okay when he finally gets around to seeing me. He always appears relaxed and focused on the conversation, he listens, pays attention to my concerns. There's a sincerity and honesty I don't see often in doctors this busy. I can't imagine working with another urologist.

Really like Dr. Rastinehad, to whom I'd been referred for a persistent problem I've had. He brought a whole new perspective on the cause, which he thinks might be treated by physical therapy, not drugs, and it makes sense. He seemed a little rushed and abrupt, though not at all pompous, and was personable and explained himself. Really liked him and his approach. Also liked his physicians assistant.

He was very kind and considerate, friendly and good professional.
I appreciate the doctor and his staff. They are great!
Caring, informative, professional. We were impressed.
I saw Dr Rastinehad for bladder/ibs symptoms. He is very friendly and speaks very fast but was keen to repeat himself when I tried to process what he was saying. All was good until he examined my prostate but was too rough and hurt me. Honestly, I would have been satisfied if it wasn't for that. Not cool. Getting your prostate checked is already uncomfortable, sure, but my understanding is that it should never be painful.

Very smart and to the point
I will know more when I have more interaction with Dr.Rastinehad. First time visits are sometimes difficult to use as a criteria to evaluate a doctor. Sometimes a good impression does not necessarily make for a good doctor and vice versa.

It was a rushed, uncomfortable experience. And my (nude) examination and 1:1 discussion with the Dr. about personal male issues were both conducted in the presence of a female doctor's assistant. The doctor then spoke more to her, about his exam findings, than he did to me - the conversation was over my head. When I asked for clarity, the answer was still over my head.
we came in 5 minutes late and they refused to see us. they advised doctor had another appointment. we called to schedule another and they never called us back . The doctor is not at fault. The office staff is. To this date no one has outreached us and we have left messages

Dr. Rastinehad was professional, efficient, and friendly. I arrived with a concern about flank pain and he was able to put me at ease and helped coordinate further testing. I also trust his judgment which is rather important to me in medical settings, so I would recommend him highly. His staff was very friendly and attentive during my visit. Overall a good experience despite a challenging set of pain/issues from my side.
