Initial visit was fine and no complaints. He was very thorough. Where i am a little dissapointed is follow up... I called 3 times for follow up on some readings from NY Radiology but I can not get the doctor oranyone else from the office to return my calls. It's as though my name is on a list to call but so far nobody has gotten around to it. A for initial but D- for follow through.

He was very nice and professional. He really understood me and offered to do testing even though he didn't believe there was a big cause for concern. I appreciate that big time, as other doctors wouldn't be as willing to go that extra mile.

I had two appointments. The first was perfect. Very knowledgable doctor, very good bedside manner and charming personality. He took the time to answer all my questions. The second time it was different, was waiting for over an hour and ahalf to be seen. You could tell everything in the offce was running behind schedule and he seemed very rushed, i asked him a couple questions and he said "you have to choose, i either answer your question, or i do the procedure that we scheduled because i have to go". After waiting for an hour to speak with him it felt frustrating. I like to think the second time was an exception, and that the first appointment was the rule. Other than that, very good.

I waited 50 minutes to see the Doctor past my appointment time. The front desk person was very nice and the nurse, upon hearing I was going to leave because I had to get back to work, fetched the doctor andinsisted he see me. That made the initial relationship a little strained. I'm going back for a follow up on Friday - let's see what happens then.

It was not what I expected. First, inspite of having an appointment time fixed I had to wait for more than half an hour to see the doctor! When I finally got to meet him, I feel the whole process wasrushed. I am probably not going back. Even the people in the front desk didn't seem very friendly and one of them were almost yelling at someone over the phone. I left feeling weird.

The visit was good. Only thing I didnt like was the wait time. I had to wait about 1/2 hr before having vitals checked and all and another 15 min after that to be actually seen by the doctor. During thevisit though, I liked the thought process for diagnosing the issues and look forward to working with him to address my issues as we proceed.

I booked an appointment with Dr. Shafizadeh because he was close to my office and he had nice internet reviews. I neede a second opinion before I went under the knife. His office is busy to be sure. But everyone wasnice, and I saw the doctor quickly enough. I found him to be thorough, very nice, and quite knowledgeable. In fact, I have chosen him to perform my surgery in a couple of weeks because he was the only doctor I saw who clearly outlined all of my options for me and even told me that I had other choices. All in all, I was very happy with my visit.

I booked an appt with Dr. Shafizadeh after I saw him on Zoc Doc (he is two blocks away from my office!) and AFTER I read his glowing patient reviews. The reviews were right, he is caring, and smart, very verysmart. Office is busy, I guess he is popular. But once you get to see him, he does not rush you like other doctors do. He is performing a procedure on me next week. I am very very happy with my choice.
