It was a good service especially by ultrasound technician. But I felt rushed at consultation and had a two hour wait time.
Excellent doctors and specialists. Clear and honest diagnosis. Wait time was a little long but worth the quality of care.
A warm, knowledgable doctor, who made me feel like I was in good hands. This was my first time, and I would recommend him to anyone who needs his services.
Friendly desk staff, good, capable doctor who listened and addressed my thinking and concerns. Spending an hour an a half waiting was typically disrespectful.
Wonderful bedside manner ,excellent surgeon . The staff is friendly and efficient . Highly recommend .
Unlike my prior Urologist, Dr. Shafizadeh diagnosed my problem and came up with a solution.
Very efficient, caring reassuring informative polite.....
The doctor is very pleasant, takes his time to explain everything. The whole staff is great , I felt comfortable from the first time I walked in. They make you feel like you know them your whole life.
Dr. Shafizadeh is very nice and professional sergeon.
Had to wait quite a long time in the office before he saw me, but it was worth the wait.
I have been seeing Dr. Shafizadeh for about a year now. He is always very attentive and caring. Would highly recommend to anyone.

My Doctor is Wonderful and that goes for the entire Staff. They make you feel so at home. They are friendly and caring.
Very disfunctional office and argumentative doctor! Not returning.
great staff -- warm -- very professional
The ladies at the front desk were on top of things, sweet, and communicated very well with me. The Doctor was very nice and made me feel like he cared about my health. I did not feel rushed. He took his time with me. Thank you! :)
The doctor and his staff were wonderful, but the wait time was long. Worth the wait, though.
Dr Farshad Shafizadeh appears very knowledgeable and throrough in his examination this is my first visit so will update you as we go along
He is an excellent doctor, very concern about his patients needs.

He took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. The staff was extremely friendly. He is definitely ahead of the game when it comes to the newest and latest procedures.
The Dr was great . Since a nice and professional guy . Highly recommended
He spent more time with me in one visit than my original urologist did in 4 months!
Nice doctor. Friendly and professional. He apologized for keeping me waiting. That was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend.
A phenomenal doctor! Highly talented and friendly.
Initial visit was fine and no complaints. He was very thorough. Where i am a little dissapointed is follow up... I called 3 times for follow up on some readings from NY Radiology but I can not get the doctor or anyone else from the office to return my calls. It's as though my name is on a list to call but so far nobody has gotten around to it. A for initial but D- for follow through.
The service was excellent.
He was very nice and professional. He really understood me and offered to do testing even though he didn't believe there was a big cause for concern. I appreciate that big time, as other doctors wouldn't be as willing to go that extra mile.
I had two appointments. The first was perfect. Very knowledgable doctor, very good bedside manner and charming personality. He took the time to answer all my questions. The second time it was different, was waiting for over an hour and a half to be seen. You could tell everything in the offce was running behind schedule and he seemed very rushed, i asked him a couple questions and he said "you have to choose, i either answer your question, or i do the procedure that we scheduled because i have to go". After waiting for an hour to speak with him it felt frustrating. I like to think the second time was an exception, and that the first appointment was the rule. Other than that, very good.
Really like it, he was attentions, listened to all my questions, made sure he understood making many questions, explained everything as we went along
Been to Dr. Shafizadeh 4 times. Have no complaints from any of my visits and trust his opinions.
great doctor. very personable and professional. wait time was a little more than expected.
Dr. Shafizadeh is an amazing doctor. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient and empathic. He spent over a half hour with me and explained everything I needed to know about both my diagnosis and treament regimen in simple, understandable terms. He was very thorough and exact. I highly recommend him.
Great bedside manner. Professional yet warm.
I waited 50 minutes to see the Doctor past my appointment time. The front desk person was very nice and the nurse, upon hearing I was going to leave because I had to get back to work, fetched the doctor and insisted he see me. That made the initial relationship a little strained. I'm going back for a follow up on Friday - let's see what happens then.
Knows his stuff. Will see him again.
It was not what I expected. First, inspite of having an appointment time fixed I had to wait for more than half an hour to see the doctor! When I finally got to meet him, I feel the whole process was rushed. I am probably not going back. Even the people in the front desk didn't seem very friendly and one of them were almost yelling at someone over the phone. I left feeling weird.
He was knowledgeable, straight to the point, and friendly. At the same time, he was professional. I like him a lot, and I'd go back.
he was compassionate and gave his assesments in going forward to my problem in an understanding way.
He was very clear and willing to work with me about payment since I didn't have insurance.
Fabulous doctor. Very smart and professional - creates a very comfortable environment.
The visit was good. Only thing I didnt like was the wait time. I had to wait about 1/2 hr before having vitals checked and all and another 15 min after that to be actually seen by the doctor. During the visit though, I liked the thought process for diagnosing the issues and look forward to working with him to address my issues as we proceed.
I appreciated his professionalism and wisdom. My wife was also impressed.
I booked an appointment with Dr. Shafizadeh because he was close to my office and he had nice internet reviews. I neede a second opinion before I went under the knife. His office is busy to be sure. But everyone was nice, and I saw the doctor quickly enough. I found him to be thorough, very nice, and quite knowledgeable. In fact, I have chosen him to perform my surgery in a couple of weeks because he was the only doctor I saw who clearly outlined all of my options for me and even told me that I had other choices. All in all, I was very happy with my visit.
I found Dr. Shafizadeh on zocDoc and decided to see him because he was close by. He was lovely and smart. He listened to my medical history and did a thorough physical exam. I never felt rushed or pushed. He is performing an outpatient procedure on me next week. I am very happy with my choice.
I booked an appt with Dr. Shafizadeh after I saw him on Zoc Doc (he is two blocks away from my office!) and AFTER I read his glowing patient reviews. The reviews were right, he is caring, and smart, very very smart. Office is busy, I guess he is popular. But once you get to see him, he does not rush you like other doctors do. He is performing a procedure on me next week. I am very very happy with my choice.
