When doctors don’t listen to you and dismiss you in less then 5 minutes after you have been referred to them is not an optimal experience. He answered my questions with “it’s up to you” and was rushing me to leave.

Dr. was ok but the office was terrible. Waited over an hour. And had to enter all my information three times because it does not matter that i entered it online prior to the appointment, or at the kiosk while checking in but had to enter it again when they finally saw me. It is a joke.

He was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. DO NOT GO TO THIS MAN. He is careless, tactless, and will literally waste your time!!! I cannot stress enough how much he doesn’t care about the patient. I waited 2 hours for him to barely examine me or explain the results for the labs I had to get done myself off site!

He was absolutely terrible and literally dismissed everything I said down to my family history. He didn’t give a proper physical exam and was reluctant to even do further testing. I was literally told by 3 other specialists to see a rheumatologist, all for him to tell me my symptoms didn’t sound like things he treated. He saw me for 15 mins at best and I had to do labs at another location! Complete waste of time.

Please do not go here unless you know exactly what you need the doctor for(refill med, ask for specific tests etc). Exam was pathetic, no guidance on next steps. I had to ask sternly towards the end so what do I do next? How do I know if certain symptoms are concerning or things are getting worse. The doctors reply “well idk we can check in three months” check for what? It was complete waste of time. I’m in healthcare myself and I don’t disclose that to practitioners to see the level of care any other person gets. Please do not book here. The front desk staff is amazing, helpful and sweet.

As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed. All of the staff members were super friendly and very knowledgeable. The wait time wasn't long and the doctor genuinely cared. I highly recommend to anyone and everyone to come.

I waited for an over a hour even though I was 15 min early. Finally got taken back and explained I was there to establish myself as a new patient so I can continue to have my prescription. I had a rheumatologist in my old town but i moved. I already have a diagnosis and was prescribed a medication for a year. He asked me my previous ssymptoms and would cut me off mid sentence. I couldn't barely get a word in. Without looking at my previous labs, hearing my medical history, or all my symptoms he tried to throw out my old diagnosis. Ordered all new labs ( I have extensive labs last year to get my diagnosis, and had seen several other specialist).

I would not recommend this facility to my worst enemy. After waiting an hour to be seen regardless of my appointment, the doctor was dismissive, didn’t ask any questions, and didn’t seem to have any type of format for how he did consultations. Any other doctor that I’ve seen asked many questions, and usually has a way in which they get information from you right away. We didn’t talk through my conditions or even the medications I’m taking. I had to volunteer so much information, and was even at one point told that he didn’t think people with fibromyalgia should take medication. Which I already have a script for, I was not seeking drugs. And even if I was, I’m taking anti-seizure medication, not opioids. The office itself was an actual nightmare. They have a sign in the office telling you to smile. Patients lined up in the hallway on plastic chairs because they ran out of room in the waiting room. I specifically went to this clinic because I knew they specialize in neurology and also had rheumatologist on staff, and I wanted to have comprehensive testing done. The doctor that I saw did not even indicate that they had a neurologist on staff, I had to bring it up. It was a waste of time, invalidating, and it honestly made me feel more depressed about the condition that I have that is perpetually misunderstood. Pain warriors seek care elsewhere. Unless you want to sit on a plastic chair for over an hour and have a doctor who can’t even fathom why you would use a cane.
