I was asked which antidepressant I wanted to take only based on their names, not any information about the medications. I was then sent home with samples with no dosing information, and no follow up scheduled. After asking the receptionist and nurse, neither could advise how to take the medicine they were sending me home to begin taking. It is neglectful and made me decide to never return there.

I was taken back to the room pretty quickly, but did spend about an hour waiting for the doctor to come in. Once she came in, Dr. Betancourt was incredible. She clearly listened to every concern I had, was very helpful, positive, and kind.

Listens very carefully and takes care of your concerns without trying too hard too hard to put her own agenda on the appointment. Sweet sweet lady. Her nurse seemed sweet as well.
