“Amazing! I’m a Chicago transplant and have been looking for a reliable primary care doctor here in Dallas and I believe I have finally found her. She doesn’t rush you, she’s genuinely caring, and very informative and methodical in her approach to treatment. I have a little bit more of a complication as far as getting clear information on next steps and since my diagnosis I’ve had my head spinning, she was able to provide some clear information with firm next steps. She tried to make sure she came up with a solution to all worries as far as further testing or referral to other specialists. Office is wonderful as well, there are signs everywhere so they don’t always direct you where to go or next steps but you’ll figure it out. In comparison to other spots I’ve been to and the level of care I’m used to in Chicago, this exceeds my expectations. So relieved I feel confident in picking this practice because I’m PICKY.”

About Dr. Padminie Singh

Dr. Singh was raised in Queens, New York. She attended Queen College (City University of New York), for her undergraduate degree in Bachelor of Arts, in addition to her pre-med studies. She earned her medical degree from New York Medical College and completed her residency training at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, New York, where she also served as Chief Resident.
Dr. Singh has over 18 years experience in Internal Medicine/Primary Care. She is a strong advocate for preventive medicine. Before moving to Texas in 2008, Dr. Singh was a Senior Internist at Premier HealthCare in New York, dedicated to providing innovative medical services for adults in the IDD (Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities) community.
Dr. Singh practiced Internal Medicine/Primary Care in Richardson, TX for 9 years prior to joining Medical Specialists Associated. During her time at Methodist Richardson Medical Center, Dr. Singh served on the board of the Accountable Care Organization along with the Finance Committee, Peer Review and the Quality Review Committee for hospitalized patients.
Dr. Singh currently resides in Parker, TX with her husband and 14 year old son. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, reading and traveling.

I found this Doctor amazingly thorough and warm/friendly. I would recommend her to any and all patients. She took a very long time with me and did not rush through anything. She carefully explained everything to me to make sure I fully understood. She went above and beyond by making sure that I got my future preventative appointments and vaccines.

I was seen initially by her medical assistant for typical vitals and family history. Overall, I’m super happy with Dr. Singh. She made me feel very comfortable and would recommend to any friends and family.

Zocdoc does not filter correctly and shows doctors that don't actually provide the services you need. I needed someone to help me with my IUD and it said this doctor did. When I arrived, they said they didn't do anything like that and only an OBGYN could do that. It was weird because while the medical asst was telling me they don't do anything OBGYN related, there was a big bottle of KY Kelly sitting on the counter, which was weird. They had other stuff around the office that seemed to suggest they do women's intimate health but they don't and seemed confused as to why I was there. I also had to wait an hour for my appt.
