Love the office and the gals working the front desk. Always are respectful and discreet. Respond fast to calls regarding medication. I have been a patient of Dr. Tendler for over 4 1/2 years, and have gotten the care I needed. I would and have always recommend him to others.

More about Dr. Aron Tendler, MD
In 2006, Dr. Tendler and Dr. Laura DeLuca opened AMHC, which has grown to include three psychiatrists, two psychologists, and over three thousand satisfied patients. Dr. Tendler treats several mental health issues ranging from adjustment disorder to schizophrenia and conducts intensive psychotherapy for individuals and couples. In 2009, he began using rTMS for treatment resistant disorders. Since then, he has been the Principal Investigator and Head Research Psychiatrist of several clinical trials, with the most recent investigating the effectiveness of dTMS in regards to Bipolar Depression, Mild Cognitive Impairment, Smoking Cessation, and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder.
Dr. Tendler graduated in 2002 from the State University of New York Downstate Medical School in Brooklyn with Distinction in Research. From 2002-2004, he trained at Tulane University in Internal Medicine and Psychiatry followed by two years at the University of Chicago in General Psychiatry, where he was chief resident and course director for psychosomatic medicine. He is currently Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology in General Psychiatry and Sleep Medicine. He is also certified by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine in Behavioral Sleep Medicine and trained at Rush University Medical Center.
