Board certified in dermatology and cutaneous surgery, Dr. Colsky earned his M.D. and Ph.D. degrees at the University of Miami School of Medicine where he continues to serve on the volunteer teaching faculty as Clinical Instructor. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in molecular biology at Vanderbilt University where he also began his research interest in immunology. He continued his scientific studies at the University of Miami where he published many scientific articles and was the recipient of scientific awards and distinctions for his research in cancer immunology. While in medical school, Dr. Colsky was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha National Medical Honor Society in recognition of his academic performance. Following his internship in internal medicine, Dr. Colsky completed his residency training in the Department of Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery at the University of Miami School of Medicine. Dr. Colsky is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and a former member of the Academy's Environmental Council. Dr. Colsky specializes in medical and aesthetic Dermatology and is founder and medical director of the Advanced Acne Institute.
