My name is Dr. Asha Dua, Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehab. For your convenience I am located in Queens and Brooklyn. My offices are state of the art settings for Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy, Nerve Conduction Study and EMGs. We are specialized in treating neck, back, shoulder, knee and hip pain and other joint problelms. My staff is fully trained, courteous and friendly. Appointments are available Monday through Saturday.

I made an appointment to see the doctor at 930. Please take into consideration that I am disabled and also deaf. My appointment was confirmed and, when my boyfriend and I arrived at 9:15, the office was closed. In fact, they don't open until 10am. We didn't know this so we stood in the rain until someone came to open the office. I was then brought to the back office for physical therapy even though this wasn't what my appointment was actually scheduled for. I asked to see the doctor and was informed that they would not be arriving at the practice until 11:30, a full two hours after my scheduled appointment time. I was eventually seen at 11:35. It was an altogether confusing and frustrating experience. While I will say that Dr. Dua was a kind woman who showed some concern for my well-being, I highly advise one to not use zoc doc to make the appointment and call the office instead so that what you want to occur at the office (whether it's the appointment time or type of consult needed) can be done correctly.

Since I have only met her and her staff once and I'm just beginning treatment, it is difficult to make this sort judgement on meeting once. The staff was kind and courteous, and willing to assist me. Dr. Dua was gracious and informative.
