About Dr. Juan Robles
Dr. Juan Carlos Robles joined Atlantic Orthopedics & Sports Medicine in the summer of 2022 as a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation/Physiatry specialist. Dr. Robles earned his medical degree from the New York Medical College/Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara School of Medicine and completed his internship at San Juan Bautista Medical Center in Puerto Rico. He completed residency at New York University Langone Medical Center - Rusk Institute of Rehabilitation, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and a fellowship at New York University Langone Medical Center - Hospital for Joint Diseases.
With interests in science and the human body, becoming a doctor was a natural fit for Dr. Robles. A friend encouraged him to pursue medicine so he could directly impact peoples’ health. He believes that being a good listener goes a long way to helping his patients find relief for musculoskeletal pain.
In his free time Dr. Robles enjoys drawing, photography, yoga and spending time with his wife and children.

The staff was likeable and helpful, but I've been in better congenial environments.

The doctor was really helpful and nice. However, the office uses a call center that books their appointments and do confirmations.
On the day of my appointment, they reached out to confirmed and I asked if they could move me up. They stated they had an earlier appt and would put me in. However when I arrived, I was still booked for my regular time and had to wait till then.
The front desk receptionist stated that this has happened before so they clearly need to get a better communicaton process with their call center.

My visit with Dr. Robles was fabulous. The staff were all very kind and efficient, and I was seen right on time.
Dr. Robles had great bedside manner, and was super helpful and listened to the various issues I came in with, and gave me a great detailed analysis of what was wrong with my back. I’ll definitely be back if any other issues come up in the future that I need checked out.

What a breath of fresh air to deal with a doctor and staff who pay meticulous attention and perform a thorough, detailed examination! Dr. Juan Robles is friendly, listens carefully, and asked a lot of questions to ensure that I get the proper care. I recommend him very highly and look forward to working with him.

Doctor Robles and his tech were good. Only thing is I was asked to walk from the exam room to the xray room through a public hallway visible to the reception with no shirt on, that was a little cringy. Otherwise, good experience with friendly staff and clean facilities.

Dr. Robles did a thorough exam and explained all the procedures well - He was kind and attentive and I felt I will be treated well in his office - all the staff and medical assistants were very helpful . When I left the office I felt that I was helped and I’m looking forward to my follow up appts
