Fantastic. Ashley is great!! Very warm and welcoming, very much a big sister/cool aunt vibes. She’s very supportive and open to having the client lead the appointment in terms of what we discuss, what type of therapy we do, etc. she’s great!!

My treatment philosophy is that healing begins with empowering individuals to recognize their control and strengths in life. We are all humans doing the best we can in our current circumstances. As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC), with a Master's in Counseling Psychology from Dominican University of California, my approach is integrative, empathetic, warm, collaborative, and inclusive. I am dedicated to providing a safe space for individuals, couples, and families to feel supported, validated, and heard throughout their therapeutic journeys.
I utilize cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, humanistic, systems, and trauma-informed treatment techniques to offer comprehensive and highly tailored care addressing my clients' biopsychosocial concerns. Everyone experiences mental health differently, and thus their needs vary. What I bring is consistency, reliability, and effective treatment.
I've worked with many demographics-including LGBTQIA+ individuals in a safe environment-and community mental health settings. Examples include children, adolescents, teachers, athletes, students (with IEP experience), clients with comorbid diagnoses, parents, adults, and those in later adult years. Healing starts with embracing our strengths as we acknowledge our stories. We're all doing the best we can, together!

I’ve been working with Ashley for some time now, and I can’t recommend her enough. She creates a safe and welcoming environment where I truly feel comfortable sharing my thoughts and feelings. Her approach is beautifully compassionate and understanding; and she genuinely listens.
Her ability to integrate different therapeutic techniques has been incredibly helpful in seamlessly addressing what I feel are my specific needs. She insightful, helping me see patterns and make positive changes. She has been instrumental in guiding me through some challenging times, always meeting me with empathy and support.
