My work is grounded in trauma-informed care and parts-oriented therapy. I help clients explore their interpersonal skills and gently explore the inner systems that shape thoughts, emotions, and relationships. Through relational, somatic, and experiential approaches, we work at a pace that honors your nervous system and lived experience.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or repeating patterns you can’t quite explain, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
