The office staff was very inefficient. They told my my insurance was invalid because it was coming up under another name and they had just put in information in wrong. My appointment was for 10am and they told me that there would be a wait because the physician doesn’t come in until 10:30am. There were already 2 people ahead of me so the wait was much longer than it needed to be. The beside manner of Dr. Chowdhury was quite awful. I? would only recommend my worst enemy visit this office. It also sucks that I? life states away and would have to travel back to receive results. They aren’t a part of any patient portal and refuse to give results over the phone. Awful.

Nice staff, nice doctor. Biggest problem is there reception window does not allow sound to pass through you have to crouch by the small paperwork slots to hear or be heard. Would give 5 stars if not for that.

i went to see the doctor for my finger and instead, not only did he call me fat but he showed me someone elses chart to make a comment on the weight loss of that person. he was cold and rude and only gave me asprin for my finger. also the people taking my blood only wore one glove and they spelled my name wrong causing me to be billed by the lab company which then had to go through so many hoops to get it corrected and i still have to fix the issue.

Small, dirty, cramped office. They only take cash but don't let you know until you are there. And the doctor asked me how much I make not one, or two, but THREE times. Inappropriate and rude. He also never gave me a diagnosis or told me what he was prescribing, he just said to pick up my RX at my pharmacy. Not ok.

I was beyond disappointed in this appointment not only were my questions and concerns unanswered, but no relevant procedures were conducted on me whatsoever. I literally sat for an hour, got called in, was asked my height and weight (they didn't take it) and then released.

The office was falling apart. It looked like something out of a horror movie. I waited about an hour for him to arrive to the office despite having made an appointment a week and a half in advance. When he saw me, he judged me for having numerous sex partners as a woman and thought it was appropriate to talk to me for 35 minutes about Islam and how Jesus isn't the son of god.

I was very displeased with the office space, wait time and bedside manner of all staff. I did not feel respected or cared for and was treated accordingly. I waited over an hour and a half for the doctor and was given no apology whatsoever. It was truly a terrible experience. Steer clear of this place.

Absolutely terrible. I've never had such an unprofessional encounter with a doctor. My insurance changed and I had to take on Dr. Chowdhury as my primary care physician...he asked a lot of questions (like you do, that's not a problem obviously), including about my sexual history (again, totally good for my doctor to know this)....but THEN, when he got to my number of sexual partners, he made me repeat it 3 TIMES, as though he could not understand such a number, and then when he finally got it said, "Oh, so many." (Which, for a woman my age living in NYC....it really isn't).
I've had eczema all my life, and the reason I even went there was because it was out of control and I needed professional medical advise on how to make it better. INSTEAD, he suggested that I might have AIDS, despite the fact that I told him I was responsible for getting regularly tested for such things and that I was in a serious monogamous relationship and always used protection.
Shame and scare tactics have no place in modern medicine, and I am completely appalled to think he is even practicing and regularly dishing out this kind of personal judgement and simply bad medical advise to unsuspecting patients. I would say for anyone considering this doctor, especially woman, avoid this guy like the plague.

The clinic seems very old and disorganized like they just moved in.The doctor might be very good on his field but his questions towards a female patient were very inapropriate and made me feel uncomfortable.I have been to many doctors before ,and this was my very first time for a docotor where i felt very uncomfortable .The next step was to draw blood....As i sit down some male receptionost comes and he kept going around from one rm to another to find his tools.For a bandaide he had to open 3 different drawers,then kept looking for his gloves,then his niddle ect..Kept going back and forth.It was a mess thats all i can say...There was no nurse there at least no one in a uniform i feeaked out and just had to get up and refuse to have my blood drawn.I thought i was going to a doctor to get better not to a place where they seemed to be lost themselves, to a dirtly place that looked like you can get sick from it.I'm thankful i got up and left.Not a professional place at ALL!!!Sorry to write such a negative review but that place needs lot of work!
