Verified Patient Reviews
The man seemed more concerned with running out the door, and going home than providing actual treatment.
I was the first appointment of the day and he was still 50 minutes late. Complete disregard for the patient.
Great staff. Nice people. Very helpful. I was in and out. Highly recommended!
I had read some bad reviews about this doctor before booking the appointment but decided to go ahead with it. Unfortunately most everything I read was true. I had a 9am appoitment and the doctor did not even show up to the office until 10:15am. I was told he was stuck in traffic, but having read the reviews, it seems like more of a habit. When i was finally seen it was fairly quick and i didnt really feel i was being heard. I am trying to start a family and recently visited a southern border state so i wanted to rule out Zika. When i told the doctor this he brushed it off and said "just don't think about that." Preventive care is there so that we can make informed decisions and not enter into dangerous pregnancies. He ended up running the test but i think its a bit frustrating to have to explain to a medical professional why you would want to ensure your saftey and health. I did not feel well taken care of and do not plan on coming back. I also had to call several times to get the results of my labs.
Amazing doctor with the best team of staff. They all work so well together and really make you feel like home. Extremely knowledgeable and do their best to work with you and your needs. I don't have a PCP nor do I regularly see a doctor but if I do I know I'll be coming back to this office. Wonderful experience.
Doctor doesn't care about patient's time. He arrives to the office whenever he wants. It's your choice whether to wait for him or not
He was very professional and answered all my questions! He was a great doctor and will be going back to h!
Since I recently moved to Chicago, I needed to find a good, all around primary doctor - preferably one close to home. I chose Dr. Sheikh due to his office hours and availability on weekends (so I wouldn't have to take off work). I was able to see Dr. Sheikh in almost record time. I found him to be very easy going and very through. Overall, the office staff was friendly and helpful.
Took my Health very seriously.
Very attentive and genuine great bedside manner
Dr Sheikh was great! Asked a lot of questions, really showed he cared, and was polite and helpful. Only issue was the long wait (45 min for me). He seems to be overwhelmed.
He was very helpful and put my anxieties to rest about something I have been dealing with health wise. Would recommend him for anyone seeking a doctor who is in that area (it was a bit far for me to get to as I don't live up on the north side). Good doctor, was very respectful and seemed to know what he was talking about.
Visit seemed a little rushed. I appreciate being attended quickly but he examination was not very thorough and the doctor seems a bit too quick to diagnose.
very knowledgeable did not speak down to me, treated me like a human being. Office assistant was warm and friendly I have finally found a doctor in Chicago that I like. Good Job
I wish that the doctor would have shown more concern for my problems with my health.
Dr Sheikh and his staff were excellent and very professional! !??
Waited a while despite being one of the first appointments. Dr. Sheikh was very attentive, though, so it was still a positive experience.
Compassionate and thorough in examining patients. Would definitely recommend him.
The office environment was very uncomfortable. It was unprofessional, and I did not understand why the office administrator was in the room during the consultation. It was unclear whether this person was a medical professional. The nurse who took my vitals began asking personal questions past the intake questions, which was awkward. Dr. Sheikh himself was friendly and attentive, but because of his staff I will not be returning.
Dr Sheikh was very professional yet warm. He listens well. While he was not able to resolve the issue, he appropriately admitted the best option would lie elsewhere, and gave me good options. While too many docs today make you feel rushed, Dr Sheikh is 180 degrees the opposite. He takes the appropriate time, is quite caring & reassuring.
My visit with Dr. Asrar was great. He is very knowledgeable and I will definitely be visiting him in the future. Highly recommended.
Very thorough and thoughtful.
Very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. Highly recommended.
Great all of the staff was informative regarding insurance and testing costs The dr spent 45 minutes in discovery of symptoms. I felt very comfortable very informed
I think it might have gone better if the office had known of my appointment. But apparently they had no indication that I was scheduled via Zoc Doc.
Satisfactory experience but nothing special. The MDs questioning was thorough but the physical exam was less than complete.
I had never been here before but they saw me right away and Dr. Sheikh was very thorough and made sure he asked all the right questions.
