Simply superb. Dr. Mallios is a master of health care. He cares sincerely about his patients and treats everyone as if they were members of his own family. He's straight forward and humorous. I highly recommend him and his lovely staff. He reminds me of Marcus Welby MD. for those of us who can remember whom that is.

This doctor was a bully who did not address the issue I had come in to see him for. Would not recommend, and I’ll be having him send the tests he ran to another doctor (rather than returning).

This guy is absolutely miserable. He ignores your symptoms, doesn't keep track of your medical history (and/or ignores it), and is a huge pain about securing referrals for specialists. Never again. Do not trust this man with your health.

I thought Dr.Million did a thorough job. He asked many questions in regard to family health history, my diet, the way I feel overall... he took his time. He did not rush me. The office was cozy.

A friendly guy, but the practice could use improvement and modernization in a number of areas. The offices are dated and not particularly inviting. The doctor and staff use very little technology, including basic email: I asked for a short form to be filled out to prove that I had taken a physical and save a pretty substantial amount from my insurance premiums, but the office never provided it and was unable to email it to me. I was also not provided the results of my physical and blood work - just a simple indication that everything checked out.

Today was my first time meeting Dr. Mallios. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave you are treated with kindness and professionalism. He was thorough in his examination. I never felt rushed. He made sure my medical needs were all addressed. Highly recommended.

Now this is a REAL doctor. I have been to so many doctors in NYC over the past 6 years but never have I met someone who is so genuine, actually listens to what you have to say, and gives you a lot of attention and time.

What a wonderful and personal and thorough doctor. I'm 48 years old and have lived all over the country -- hence, have had many doctors over the years -- and my first visit was one of the most pleasant and satisfying visit I can recall. In my first visit, I went to change over some medication and talk through scheduling of some exam work (approaching 50, I haven't had a physical exam in a while, etc). He managed to take the time for a full physical right there, including lab work. He is wonderfully old-school. No nurse to handle any part of the visit. All him. What a gem.

The main reason I came was because my own primary care doctor didn't have immediate appointments and I couldn't afford to miss more work. He was very personable and gave me a prescription for the antibiotics I needed.
The only odd thing was that he didn't do a culture for what I'm fairly sure was strep. I understand why the lab cultures don't do much good given how long they take, but he didn't have the instant ones either. I'm much better after taking the antibiotics, though, so it doesn't seem like a big deal.
