Dr. Jessica Solis is a compassionate and community-oriented family medicine physician committed to whole-person care. Originally from San Antonio, Texas, she is proud to be the fifth family medicine physician in her family—a legacy that inspired her passion for primary care and lifelong health.
She earned her undergraduate degree in Public Health from Brown University, where she developed a strong foundation in health equity and preventive care. She then
pursued an MD/MBA at Texas Tech University, gaining a unique perspective on both patient care and healthcare systems. Dr. Solis completed her Family Medicine training at the Institute for Family Health’s Harlem Residency, where she served as Chief Resident, further honing her leadership and teaching skills in a vibrant, high-need
community.
Her clinical interests include lifestyle medicine, helping patients use nutrition, movement, and behavioral change to prevent and manage chronic illness, and mental health, with a focus on integrated, accessible care for all.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Solis enjoys playing racquet sports like tennis and pickleball, and taking long walks with her dog, Mayhem.

The doctor herself was excellent: a 10/10 experience. She was attentive and knowledgeable. For her, this would be an unquestioned five stars.
My concerns are not about the staff, but about the office system. However, these may not bother every patient.
The intake process was overly complicated and burdensome. I had to provide similar information multiple times across different formats (paper forms, online forms, a check-in tablet, and questionnaires), and the whole workflow felt inefficient. By the fifth round, it felt unnecessary and frustrating, especially since much of it seemed unrelated to my visit.
Most concerning, I had to write down my credit card information by hand for 'potential future charges'. This felt invasive and unsafe, posing risks for fraud or identity theft.
In short: fantastic doctor, but the office procedures need serious improvement. Because of the burdensome intake and concerning payment practices, I personally would not recommend this office.

The doctor was really good. Very friendly and great communication. The office staff were friendly and nice. The only negative point is the multiple different forms I had to sign that all said the exact same thing and the large number of warnings about fines you have to pay if you miss appointments or do any number of things in an annual physical that means you get charged double. It was a little unnerving and hard to keep track of all their rules.
