Wait was not great. Waited about an hour and a half even with an appointment because of front desk issues with communication. Just not sure why they aren’t on top of their game, but this is the closest in network place to go.
There is no large issue once your behind the door, but the front desk service could better and more attentive.

This doctor and her associates seem to have no interest in helping people. Long wait. Overbooked always crowded. The entire office is disorganized and she will act like she cares and then never follow up with you or take action In helping your situation. They make it clear that the only way to take care of your health is to be your own doctor. They also lie to your face about important details regarding your health because they don’t want to work too hard for patients that have Medicaid. Disgusting experience.

The room was packed and the wait time ended up being an hour and a half. It wasn't even worth it because the doctor only asked me some preliminary questions and explained what they were gonna do NEXT time. They didn't actually do anything despite this ridiculous wait time and gave me an appointment in January. Honestly would NOT recommend this doctor.

Saw the PA and it’s was helpful and informative. I gotta say the staff member who attended to my mother was great and so helpful. I really felt she wa a being taken care of. The only negative was the wait time and the INSANE amount of people in the waiting area. There was no where to sit.

I waited about an hour and fifteen minutes to see a nurse and the physician assistant for less than ten minutes. The doctor was nowhere to be found. I did a strep test and made a follow up appointment, which I never received a call with the results nor a confirmation for my follow up. The staff was pleasant, but placating, not that helpful and very disorganized. I would not go back unless I had to.

Met with Dr. Viola. She sent me to get bloodwork and test immediately to see what's really going on with my body instead of guessing like other doctors I've been to in the past. Nurse Debbie is simply amazing!

Stephanie who is her nurse was excellent, also very thorough and made sure if I had any questions that she took the time to explain in detail. The visit was incredibly thorough, and Dr Weissman was incredibly straighforward, to the point, and efficient once I finally got in to see her. It was a bit of a wait from the time of my appointment til I actually saw the Dr (appt at 2, saw her closer to 4...) however I feel the visit was well worth my time, and I have two follow up appts already scheduled. For any allergy issues - skin eczema to asthma, she's an excellent choice.

I WOULD ADVISE YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
Once they know you have insurance, they will do all the tests that they know in the world. I was tested for more than ten to fifteen different things for one simple thing for which an over the counter drug could have been prescribed but they ran my bill more than thousands by doing so many tests for 2.5 hours.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM IF YOU DONT WANT TO WASTE TIME & MONEY.

Dr. Weissman is great! Always very knowledgable and helpful. However, the wait time is insane, everytime I go there with an appointment I wait 30-60mins in the wait room, then someone checks on me and tells me to wait again, then someone else checks on me and leaves me in a room without any information, makes me wait on a bench. The whole ordeal always takes 3 1/2 hours if not longer. Not useful for a busy schedule, not doable for a lunch break. The nurses are generally nice but I never have a clue what is going on. I'll keep going back because I like the doctor but I always lose a chunk of my day.

I thought I was going to get tested and see what I could possibly be allergic to as I believe I grew an allergy to my dog however she wants me to do blood work and get some type of patch placed 3 months later and Im not even sure why that's all necessary I just want to get tested for common allergies no do this run around very unhappy

The wait time was too long. Total time at doctor from time of appointment till time of departure was 3 hours. Had to cancel another appointment because of of the lengthy visit. A lot of waiting. From the initial wait, to taking the initial case history, to finding an available room, to waiting for the doctor to be available, to waiting for the prescriptions--all took 3 hours!

Dr. Weissman was amazing. She took her time with me, I never felt rushed and she really wanted to learn as much as she could about my history to help me. She gave me reading material and prescriptions to help manage my allergies while I’m waiting for my follow up testing to be completed.

It was a little bit of a wait, but it was well worth it. She is an amazing doctor and really explained everything to me. The staff is also amazing and so nice and helpful. This is a place I will continue to come back to. I'm so happy to have found this doctor and facility. I was scared to find a new PCP but it all worked out perfect.

I'm a new patient, so I can only review as to my first appointment with this doctor. I had to wait an hour and a half after my scheduled appointment time to see the doctor, but the treatment itself was fine. Dr. Weissman was polite, thorough, and prompt during my time with her. She did answer her cell phone during my appointment, but it seemed related to an office issue and I'm not sure if that's a habit of hers or not. The office is close to my apartment and my treatment experience was fine overall, but if the wait times are as long as my first appointment then I will not be returning.
