Over all it was a great visit seems like a great Dr
Very thorough and professional. Takes the time to listen about your concerns and explain treatment. Would highly recommend
Wait time was a bit but it was well worth it. He answered all of our questions. Very knowledgeable Excellent
My only complaint a very long wait for a very short visit.
It was Great, fast & on time ! Love Dr. Wilner ????????????????????
He took time to listen, asked questions about the patient and explained whenever I had a question or concern.
The doctor was very thorough in his explanation of my condition and follow-up actions.
The only issue I had was that my daughters authorization wasn't on file and I was told by insurance they should've had access to a portal which would have allowed them to retrieve it. I had to do the legwork myself to get it to them. After that, my daughter was seen in a timely manner and Dr. Wilner and nurses were very professional.
Dr. Willner was sympathetic, discerning and professional. He diagnosed me and then worked with his team to alleviate my problem faster than I could keep up with.
Great visit with total confidence in Dr. Willner
I was given an appointment on the same day I called with a problem with vertigo. The office really cared about my problem and found a way for me to be seen. My visit with Dr Willner was thorough. He listened to me and cared. He took time to explain my diagnosis. He is the best! Thank you
Very professional, after telling him my problem he showed alot of concern. Explained everything that will need to be done an answer all my concerns in a professional manner.
Knows what he is talking about...highly recommend.
Very efficient and quick check in process. Also, a quicker than expected packing and stitch removal, post nasal surgery.
The accuracy of prognosis, as well as the proposed diagnosis were my primary focus right from the start; and I can say confidently that Dr. Ayal Willner's tried and true professional expertise in the field of ENT surpasses anyone else's that I had ever visited before him. He laid out several options, and ultimately presented me with a decisive recommendation for my particular case.
He demonstrated confidence in assessing my condition, which he stated is "one of the most common problems". His straightforward and personable approach made me at ease during the examination.
The staff was friendly. Doc Willner was professional yet fun. The time spent waiting was long. 2 hours for a hearing test and visit??? I was with the doc / audiologist for 40 mins.
We got there 15 minutes before our appointment and the paper work were already done online but the front office lady had some more for us to do. Still I finished those before our appointment. Seen by the doctor almost 1:30 minutes after our appointment. But doctors was nice and caring and patient. He listend carefully and really took his time to see our patient.
Dr. Wilner was very professional and personable. He is highly experienced. Nurse, nurse practitioner and audiologist were all supportive, explained what they were doing and answered questions.
I thought de willner was very informative and helpful. He thoroughly explained things to me and listened to my daughter. However we waited over an hour after our appointment time to be seen. The appointment was for my 4 year old daughter and keeping her entertained, when she didn't even want to go to the dr in the first place, was difficult. I really wish offices would take the lack of patience children have into account, it really makes for a stressful experience when you have to wait long. I also had pre checked in online but still had to fill out the same paperwork again when I got there. So I wasted my time at home checking in.
Excellent. Always professional, explains things well and helps with concerns.
I'm optimistic that Dr. Wilner will fix my problem.
Very friendly and knowledgeable. Reviewed options and decided on a plan that was well-explained. Spoke in language that was easy to understand. The staff are also prompt and courteous. Really liked my experience and would definitely recommend SCENT and Dr. Willner.
It was great
I am hopeful that Dr. Wilmer will be able to fix my problem.
Very pleasant and informative appointment.
This is my second visit with Dr Willner and I am very pleased. I have been seen at both the Long Beach office and now Newport. He is very pleasant, his Newport Beach office staff is wonderful. I have had several unpleasant experiences with ENT's in the past but Dr Willner has been exceptional . He has wonderful bedside manner, great personality and he is very thorough. I highly recommend Dr Willner!
The office staff was not accommodating to our young children, who was the patient. We had to wait a long time in a hallway. Not efficient
Dr. Willner was great. Informative and easy to talk to. I feel I am in good hands
Good doctor , he as swerved all my questions .
Dr. Willner is great, but every time we're in the office (3 times now) it's over an hour before we're even called back to see the doctor. It's very poorly run, and the staff are very unapologetic about it.
He is a very good doctor. Friendly he listen to the patient and very approachable doctor. He is not rude or sarcastic doctor like other I encounter. The important thing he take time to listen and explain in details to patients. That's what a doctor should be. Coz some doctors they are rushing and not listening to the problem. I wait the second time longer coz he was behind and so many patient that time.
I've been a patient of Dr. Willner's for a number of years and have been very happy with his services. The staff is very helpful and courteous. Dr. is very thorough in his treatment and future recommendations to help your health. Will definitely recommend Dr. Willner for anyone who suffers from sinus conditions.
After making out all the paperwork and going into the office and they did not have all my paperwork ready. I thought that between the time I made out the paperwork they should have had it printed.
Excellent bedside manner, professional, experienced, knowledgeable
Dr. Willner is an extremely intelligent, focused doctor who has treated my condition very effectively.
Dr was great! Listened to me, explained what was going on. However, the wait time was very long. They seem to be extremely busy in the office
Very thorough and professional. Would highly recommend.
Very nice man my 6 yr old (who the visit was for was comfortable with the doctor
Doctor was very short, and could not understand why I did not want to have a test done on our 6 months old to show fluid in her ears, when I already knew this from the Urgent care doctor! I was not about to pay, for a test, that they only do at this office, and not at there other offices. This coming from him after he walks in, and this was the first thing out of his month... Not nice to meet you, and your daughter, and how may I help you today. More so, I was also unhappy to see that he did not take the time to read her medical history, that I filled out on line (taking 2hrs to do so.) He kept asking me about her medical history, and I said to him I filled out the forms online, hav you not had a chance to read them. Blank look on his face, and no answer... I thought to myself, what was the point, of filling all that out online,if he was not going to read it. Needless to say, I will not be seeing this doctor in the grouping again. I guess this is what comes from a East Coast Transplant!!!! You can take the East Coaster out of the East Coast, but you cannot take their East Coast attitude manner away!!!
Dr Willner has been treating my daughter since before her 2nd birthday. She is now almost 16 y/o. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He is very personable with my daughter as well. She has a developmental disability and he is especial understanding with her. She just loves him and trusts him to take care of her chronic ear problems.
Kind, thorough and informative.
He did a very nice job
Dr. Willner was great! He was pleasant, down to earth, and made sure I was taken care of. His office staff was excellent.
Receptionist was great and the nurse was friendly. Nice environment to be in.
Very kind, smelled good, and has excellent manners. I would highly recommend this Dr.
Very good experience with Dr. Willner and his staff.
My visit was very thorough and as a follow up, it confirmed that Dr. Willner's treatment was effective. Dr. Willner took his time to examine me, listen to me, and talk to me about my condition and treatment. I am completely satisfied with my care.
Very good appt., great wait time. He is very friendly, nice and well mannered. Professional and courteous, answers all questions and does not rush patient....highly recommend his as a surgeon and specialist!!
Good, honest doctor. When a doctor recommends no surgery, he is the doctor to see.
I was extremely pleased with this visit. He answered my questions with explanations that were very clear, concise, and he encouraged me while doing that! I really appreciated not having to pull teeth to get answers to my questions. Great Doc!
The visit was good very professional and explained the treatment very well.
It was good. The doctor was very professional.??
Dr Willner is the absolute best ENT specialist I've ever had.
He listened to my concerns and engaged with me in a way that I felt extremely comfortable with. I really appreciated his thoroughness in both examination and prescriptive actions.
Very nice office and staff.
Ver knowledgable and great with my daughter.
He was professional. He didn't waste anytime and took care of me right away.
Was very pleased, so i made myself an appointment. .
When I first checked in, I was greeted promptly and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. It was very pleasant. Dr. l is Wilner was very professional and did a great job at addressing my concerns and left room for me to ask any additional questions. I didn't feel rushed during my visit. Dr. Wilner had a positive attitude and made me feel calm as I was worried about a health concern. The only negative comment I can give upon my visit, is that I had to wait for an hour to be seen by the doctor. I was happy to have the appt. and I'm sure that the staff and Dr. tried to accommodate everyone; however, I feel like an hour is too long to wait. With that said, I'd still refer patients to Dr. Wilner! Thank you!
He was very friendly and even have me options as to what we could do to treat my situation. I left the office very satisfied.
The office to be real professionals. Ill feel very confident for this practice to go to surgery with. Thank you
Good visit. Thank you.
He's my go to ENT doctor, being using him for years and by far and away an excellent surgeon!
The actual visit went as expected. My appointment, however, though made through this website and confirmed by two emails, was not on the office's books when I arrived. There needs to be abetter coordination between this site and the doctor's office.
Great office staff. Dr. Willner is professional, knowledgable, and very helpful. I would recommend Dr. Willner to my family and friends
He was excellent in resolving the issue.
Great visit, but wait was long....
Very much liked Dr Wilner, and found him thoughtful. Didn't like the long wait in the waiting room.
