I'm optimistic that Dr. Wilner will fix my problem.

The only issue I had was that my daughters authorization wasn't on file and I was told by insurance they should've had access to a portal which would have allowed them to retrieve it. I had to do the legwork myself to get it to them. After that, my daughter was seen in a timely manner and Dr. Wilner and nurses were very professional.
Verified patient
Dr. Willner was sympathetic, discerning and professional. He diagnosed me and then worked with his team to alleviate my problem faster than I could keep up with.
Verified patient

I was given an appointment on the same day I called with a problem with vertigo. The office really cared about my problem and found a way for me to be seen. My visit with Dr Willner was thorough. He listened to me and cared. He took time to explain my diagnosis. He is the best! Thank you
Verified patient
Very professional, after telling him my problem he showed alot of concern. Explained everything that will need to be done an answer all my concerns in a professional manner.
We got there 15 minutes before our appointment and the paper work were already done online but the front office lady had some more for us to do. Still I finished those before our appointment. Seen by the doctor almost 1:30 minutes after our appointment. But doctors was nice and caring and patient. He listend carefully and really took his time to see our patient.
Dr. Wilner was very professional and personable. He is highly experienced. Nurse, nurse practitioner and audiologist were all supportive, explained what they were doing and answered questions.
Verified patient
The staff was friendly. Doc Willner was professional yet fun. The time spent waiting was long. 2 hours for a hearing test and visit??? I was with the doc / audiologist for 40 mins.
I thought de willner was very informative and helpful. He thoroughly explained things to me and listened to my daughter. However we waited over an hour after our appointment time to be seen. The appointment was for my 4 year old daughter and keeping her entertained, when she didn't even want to go to the dr in the first place, was difficult. I really wish offices would take the lack of patience children have into account, it really makes for a stressful experience when you have to wait long. I also had pre checked in online but still had to fill out the same paperwork again when I got there. So I wasted my time at home checking in.

This is my second visit with Dr Willner and I am very pleased. I have been seen at both the Long Beach office and now Newport. He is very pleasant, his Newport Beach office staff is wonderful. I have had several unpleasant experiences with ENT's in the past but Dr Willner has been exceptional . He has wonderful bedside manner, great personality and he is very thorough. I highly recommend Dr Willner!

The office staff was not accommodating to our young children, who was the patient. We had to wait a long time in a hallway. Not efficient
Verified patient
He is a very good doctor. Friendly he listen to the patient and very approachable doctor. He is not rude or sarcastic doctor like other I encounter. The important thing he take time to listen and explain in details to patients. That's what a doctor should be. Coz some doctors they are rushing and not listening to the problem. I wait the second time longer coz he was behind and so many patient that time.
Verified patient
I've been a patient of Dr. Willner's for a number of years and have been very happy with his services. The staff is very helpful and courteous. Dr. is very thorough in his treatment and future recommendations to help your health. Will definitely recommend Dr. Willner for anyone who suffers from sinus conditions.
Verified patient
Dr. Willner is great, but every time we're in the office (3 times now) it's over an hour before we're even called back to see the doctor. It's very poorly run, and the staff are very unapologetic about it.
Good doctor , he as swerved all my questions .
Verified patient
After making out all the paperwork and going into the office and they did not have all my paperwork ready. I thought that between the time I made out the paperwork they should have had it printed.
Dr was great! Listened to me, explained what was going on. However, the wait time was very long. They seem to be extremely busy in the office
Doctor was very short, and could not understand why I did not want to have a test done on our 6 months old to show fluid in her ears, when I already knew this from the Urgent care doctor! I was not about to pay, for a test, that they only do at this office, and not at there other offices. This coming from him after he walks in, and this was the first thing out of his month... Not nice to meet you, and your daughter, and how may I help you today. More so, I was also unhappy to see that he did not take the time to read her medical history, that I filled out on line (taking 2hrs to do so.) He kept asking me about her medical history, and I said to him I filled out the forms online, hav you not had a chance to read them. Blank look on his face, and no answer... I thought to myself, what was the point, of filling all that out online,if he was not going to read it. Needless to say, I will not be seeing this doctor in the grouping again. I guess this is what comes from a East Coast Transplant!!!! You can take the East Coaster out of the East Coast, but you cannot take their East Coast attitude manner away!!!
Dr Willner has been treating my daughter since before her 2nd birthday. She is now almost 16 y/o. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He is very personable with my daughter as well. She has a developmental disability and he is especial understanding with her. She just loves him and trusts him to take care of her chronic ear problems.
