First time in, politely asked if it was ok for students to be part of the visit/evaluation.
I had no problem with it. Feels great to be of help to others one way or another.
He asked questions and after listening to my concerns encouraged students to do the same.
Not only was he attentive to my concern he suggested we make sure all is else is well looked into.
