No the appointment was useless she told me the same thing every other urgent care told me. Oh yes something is biting you. Here take this stuff. Like do a biopsy or something let me know what’s going on.

Computers were down so office was not going to see me after traveling 40 mins to get there. Doctor ended up seeing said she will call in to pharmacy two prescriptions whims she NEVER did… called service and waiting at pharmacy for dr to call it never happened! Called service again and was told they will not contact de for prescriptions. Receptionist said she will inform office/doctor in the morning to call I. Prescriptions.. they never happened either! Waste of time.. I would not recommend!!!

Dr kornfled is really great .. the staff is not so good they called me after I got the confirmation to tell me that the Dr doesn't accept my insurance and that there is another Dr in the office that do accept it and later when I got the reminder from zocdoc I called the office again and they told they do accept it and when I went to the appointment they asked if this is the only insurance I have but they didn't tell me what's the problem when I asked and later they told okay we will figure it out which is what I don't know

However woman at front desk very rude unprofessional does not know how to talk to patient especIally new ones! Gave me something to fill out even tho they send it to you ahead of time to make ckin experience better she still handed me the same thing to fill out when i said i did this on line she said you have to fill out anyway when I asked why her answer I don't know and shrugged her shoulder like how dare I asked that question then continue to have her personal conversation with her co worker!
Dr Kornfeld is to great to have someone at her front desk like that.
Btw I think the pic on her profile is perfect and she looks the same at the office stunning!

I had a terrible experience at this office. First of all, they could not find my appointment, saying there was no data with my name, even after I received 2 confirmation emails from ZocDoc AND filled out and submitted the online check in forms the night before. Where are these forms going if the office is not receiving them??
Then, they proceeded to give me the next appointment time and asked for my insurance, which I kindly stated. They said that they don't take my insurance even though on ZocDoc it says that they are in my network and the only option for me that day would be for me to pay out of pocket. I know that this was not the receptionist's fault so I could not be angry with them however, the information on this doctor's ZocDoc page is very misleading and quite unprofessional in my opinion.

Barbara Kornfeld, PAC is great. Very smart, lovely bed side manner, excellent expertise. I highly recommend her. Her assistant whose name unfortunately I cannot remember is also great. It's a busy office but I was seen right away. 4 stars!
