Was 30 minutes late to the appointment, wasn't even the provider, then told me the provider isn't licensed in the state I live in despite me filling out all of the paperwork with my information the morning of. Waste of time!

I felt rushed during my first visit. After asking about the history of my hair loss, Ashley did interrupt me and said there wasn't enough time for me to finish explaining.
Recommendations for blood work and a scalp biopsy were made automatically before my history, including why I believed my hair loss could be related to telogen effluvium (TE), had been fully discussed. The scalp biopsy also wasn't explained during the visit and I had to look up what it even involved afterwards.
I also mentioned that I can't use topical treatments because of a chemical sensitivity, but topical treatments continued to be mentioned as options a few times, leaving me feeling that this concern wasn't incorporated into the conversation at all.
Other patients may have a different experience, but I was hoping for a more collaborative, individualized evaluation where I had the opportunity to fully explain my history and where the provider explained any recommendations and actually tailored them to me.

Ashley was great, gave me all my options, also helped me out with whatever I needed from a question standpoint, and was very clear in her explanations. I would highly recommend her as a PA.

Booked an appointment. At the time of appointment was told that I was sent forms that I had to fill out. I was not sent the forms. I asked them to be resent. I filled them out and then was told the provider was not available because I hadn’t filled out the forms that were not sent. Not sure what game they’re playing. But I wouldn’t book an appointment with this “practice.”

This was my first visit to the office and it was a very pleasant experience. The office was clean, comfortable, and efficient, and the staff were very kind. Dr. Doerler was incredibly sweet, attentive, and thoughtful. She took the time to listen and was respectful and honest in our conversation, which I really appreciated.

I've never left a Zocdoc review but felt compelled to for Ashley, because my appointment with her was great! Providers can oftentime rush through appointments or have not-so-great bedside manner, but this wasn't the case with Ashley at all - she was attentive, took the time to listen to and answer all my questions, didn't make me feel judged for my issues at all, and created a comprehensive care plan.
She had the highest average rating of the providers I was looking at, and she met my expectations! Would definitely recommend.
