I made a telehealth appointment, and the doctor was 45 minutes late. Totally unacceptable. Doctors shouldn't take on so many patients that they become that backed up.

I've never left a Zocdoc review but felt compelled to for Ashley, because my appointment with her was great! Providers can oftentime rush through appointments or have not-so-great bedside manner, but this wasn't the case with Ashley at all - she was attentive, took the time to listen to and answer all my questions, didn't make me feel judged for my issues at all, and created a comprehensive care plan.
She had the highest average rating of the providers I was looking at, and she met my expectations! Would definitely recommend.

I scheduled an appointment with Ashley Doerler, PA and she was amazing! She took the time to listen and understand all my concerns and addressed them. I couldn’t get all the treatments I wanted, but Ashley made sure I had all the information I needed to find a provider that could assist. For the concerns she could help with, she provided the guidance and prescriptions I needed. I would highly recommend her!

Really bad. Paperwork was sent online. I filled it out and it was received, yet I continued to get reminders via tex and email to fill it out. When I got to the office the receptionist didn't have it. She eventually found it online. The appointment time was changed 2 days before the appointment, which really messed up my schedule. When it was time for my appointment, someone came out and told me that they don't do the procedure I had booked online in the office. What a debacle and incredible aggravation.
