Extremely personable and down to earth. Got to the point on the issues I came to visit him for, which made for a very pleasant and efficient visit.
BUT - make note that this practice DOES NOT use ZocDoc's forms. I spent a considerable amount of time filling forms out online via ZocDoc; ZocDoc told me the forms were sent to the office; when I arrived I had to complete forms by hand as they stated they were not set up to receive them.

Dr. Austin was very quiet but personable. He made me feel as if I was his only patient that day, and that my questions were very important to him. He was a good listener, and answered my questions in a very understandable way. I would certainly recommend him to others.

Dr Austin handled my needs in a very professional, and also pleasant, manner. We scheduled a subsequent appointment for further treatment. He also was kind enough to remove another, unrelated, skin lesion that I showed him, in a fast and painless procedure.

8:30 appt that the doc didn't get into room until after 9am. Once he got there he did apologize for the wait and then spent more time with me then any derm in the past. Very thorough and explained everything he found. Will definitely use him again.
