Dr. Lumicao was wonderful. He saw me very quickly and he personally conducted the physical exam and asked me about my medical history (not that I feel like this is a requirement, but I really appreciated the personal care from the doctor). I saw him because I'd had a positive PPD (tuberculosis skin test) and he ordered me the proper tests and called me with the results quickly. He answered all of questions and had a great, pleasant manner.

The doctor took time to get a complete medical history from me. He gave me time to share any thoughts or insights I might have beyond his questions. He was very friendly and tailored his comments to my level of knowledge very well.
Best cardiologist I've seen. I've recently moved to the city and this is my guy until he retires or I move again.

This was a really unsatisfactory experience. The doctor was fine, but his receptionists were extremely rude and unprofessional. I was told to call in at a particular time for my test results only to be told that the doctor had had a short day and was gone. The receptionist was very rude, and told me that I would have to just keep trying back until I happened to call when the doctor was in. Mind you, I called at 2:00 p.m., so when that was going to happen was anyone's guess. Very disappointing.

The visit with Dr. Lumicao started in his office. He asked me lot of questions about how I was feeling to determine the roots of my symptoms. After that, we went to the examination room where he did some tests. He took his time with me, doing a very thorough examination. Engaged in conversation. Absolutely no sense of being rushed. He gave me good tips to improve my overall health. I would recommend him.
