“Dr. Patel is one of the most considerate and conscientious doctors I have seen. She
is an excellent listener and was responsive to my health concerns. The office is extremely clean and sanitary precautions are still in place, mask-wearing and the use of hand sanitizer are highly encouraged. The wait time to see Dr. Patel was excellent 5 minute maximum. Both medical assistants were professional and courteous. I highly recommend Dr. Patel and The University of Chicago Hospital! ”

Waiting was over 30mins which was unexpected. They had a large scale air cleaner in the waiting area and everything appeared modern and clean.
Dr. Patel was very personable and listed to questions and explained everything in plain terms making sure to repeat important things to keep in mind as well as summarizing expectations on next steps and timeline.

Dr. Patel was very kind, thoughtful and thorough. Not only did she come up with a great plan for treatment, but she also took the time to listen to me and address my questions. Many doctors come in, take a look, and leave within 5 minutes. Dr. Patel is not one of those doctors. She was very nice and it really made me feel like she cared about coming up with the best treatment plan and listened to everything I had to say. I would highly recommend her and would see her again for any of my cardiology needs.
