Dr. Ciszek is the best doctor I have had in my life. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and is a good listener. Anna, his nurse, is great too. Very jovial and friendly. The front desk personnel has improved a lot and they now have a Spanish soeaking lady. I am a happy patient.

I am so grateful to have dr. Ciszek as my primary physician, and recently I also had a pleasure of meeting and being cared for by dr. Molina whom I very much respect and appreciate EVERYONE at Dr Ciszek and Dr. Molina included, is of OUTSTANDING level of care and service. Also wonderful are nurses and receptionist at the office. Thank you, thank you ALL. However, my recent encounter with cardiology technician (receptionist too) at your hospital where I was sent for echocardiogram by dr. Molina, was.... UNPLEASANT and extremely DIFFICULT. I''m handicapped. In the past I was treated with great care and respect at Advocate LGH.

Dr. Cizsek will give you his honest opinion on whatever is going on, and what he believes the course of action should be, if needed. Is willing to talk to you after hours, if you have any questions. Will be my Dr going forward long term, very grateful to have met him. You will not regret going to him!
