My education includes a Master's in Nursing Administration from Purdue University Global, a Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Saint Francis University, a Master's in Business Administration from Upper Iowa University, and family nursing studies at North Park University. I am also very passionate about gut health and the gut-brain connection. Please note that ADHD assessments require an in-person appointment. In my free time, I enjoy long nature walks, cycling, and listening to live music.

I focus on treating you as a person and not as a diagnosis. I strive to to get to know each client and their unique needs. I base my recommendations on current evidence-based treatment approaches. I also combine medication management with therapy and supplements to work towards our goals. I believe that mental health is not a one fits all approach and we will work together to find the best solution that works for you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I take an empathetic and therapeutic approach in working with every client. I am driven and passionate about mental health. I am focused on providing a unique clinical approach that will help you work towards your goals. I will take the time to get to know you and hear your concerns. I am here to support you in understanding your diagnosis, the root cause of your problems, and treatment plan. We are a team!! Intake forms will be emailed after booking.
