Dr. Beric Berlioz is a board-certified anesthesiologist and fellowship-trained interventional pain physician in the Jacksonville area who is dedicated to the eradication of pain. Dr. Berlioz received his medical degree from the State University of New York, Buffalo, in Buffalo NY. Following this, he completed a residency in Anesthesiology at the Mayo Clinic in Florida (ranked #1 in the state). He then completed a fellowship in medical and interventional Pain Management at the University of Texas, Southwestern Medical Center, continuing his education in an effort to relieve pain. He is, at this time, eligible for his second certification by the American Board of Pain Medicine. Knowing the patient population quite well, Dr. Berlioz returned to Jacksonville, Florida, to give back to the community that trained him. Dr. Berlioz firmly believes that each and every patient deserves an individualized perspective and diligently prepares a comprehensive pain treatment plan tailored to each patient’s specific needs.
