Waited 50 minutes before I was seen by someone. When I asked the receptionist why it takes so long she simply said the doctor is busy without even looking at me. Then I waited another 30 minutes before being seen by the actual doctor. I have no complaints about Dr.Kraft, he was very nice and explained everything thoroughly. The first doctor that tested me put some drops in my eyes to make my pupils dilate, but I was not told that it would take hours before I could see normal again. When paying, although I told the receptionist about my insurance and even showed her my card, she was rude and said they don't accept it. I was even charged the wrong amount than what I had signed for.
She told me I should wear sunglasses when going outside. I had a difficult time driving back home, could not see, and nobody said anything about that.

All patients are personally seen by me. After a thorough eye exam, I discuss the findings with specific attention to the following: cataracts, glaucoma, diabetes, macular degeneration, high blood pressure, dry eyes and allergies. I take an individualized approach to each patient, keeping in mind their age, visual needs, and expectations. I talk to my patients about their general overall health, with particular focus on actual or potential eye problems. If a patient expresses concerns about a family history of a specific eye disease, we thoroughly discuss that as well. I engage patients in a lifestyle discussion with special emphasis on work, sports and other activities. I then make recommendations appropriate to the patient’s needs and prescription on the best optical correction: whether glasses, contact lenses or surgery involving LASIK or intraocular implants.

Everyone that I encountered in the office was pleasant, efficient, and professional, from the front desk staff, the doctors (both optometrist and ophthalmologist), as well as the optician's store in the adjacent office. I felt that the doctors did a thorough exam and answered all my questions. The optician was very pleasant as well and did not rush me. Thank You for such a good experience.

Dr. Kraft is an exceedingly good choice for your eye care. I've very sorry I have to move to another practice because his is not linked with my insurance. I have been seeing him for about 15 years, and highly recommend him for his care, clear explanations and good advice.

Everything about the visit went well. I had stopped into his office a couple of days ahead of time to pick up the paperwork to fill out and sign. A definite time saver. Everyone was friendly and most helpful. The doctors have a great bedside manner.
